“I purchased the salmon and trout grain free small breed dog food and have done for the past 4 months now. Usually get it from the shop but this was the first time ordering online and it was here the next day! My dogs love the food and I can see a difference in them. They have more energy and their fur is looking amazing! One of my dogs has some serious food allergies so I’m constantly having to change brands but this food has been great for her! Highly recommend! The kibble size is perfect for my dogs.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM BURNHILLS. ordered a gel seat for horse riding from Amozon which was sent to me by Burnhills. I product was faulty. On requesting a refund I was told by Burnhills they would contact the manufacturer. This is wrong in Law. My contract is not with the manufacturer. I will be reporting Burnhills to trading standards and any other relevant authority. STILL NO REFUND OR EVEN A RETURNS LABEL AS REQUESTED”

“Ordered 2 sacks of Megazorb bedding (I use it for cat litter as have 2 indoor cats). It is currently very hard to get hold of as out of stock in most places, but Burnhills did have it. Delivery charge was very high (to me anyway) - however, my order arrived the next day, which was fantastic service! Especially as the other place I usually order it from always takes at least a week! Think I will be ordering it from Burnhills again in the future”
