“what company worth its salt refuses to communicate, I too have been left waiting for answers but they never come. I even involved paypal and they are silent on the matter, any way I will not be using this company ever again I join the disappointed.”

“Order supposedly on its way Sep 6th; not yet arrived. Sent several emails for information, no reply to any enquiries. Payment was taken. I'm beginning to wonder if there is anyone there, at present and I'm wondering where my money went.”

“"I'm no scientist so I can only comment on the packaging. I was pleasantly surprised by the slimline container and quick access cap but when I opened the cap I wasn't sure if I had accidentally peeled the foil or if the foil was already open - I would suggest that strengthening the foil may prevent any doubts"”

“I bought Q10, they arrived quickly, the containers are ingenious, with the shape that saves space in the drawer, or fit in the bag. My only dissatisfaction is that the recipes are not sealed ... how can this be, when everybody encourages us not to consume anything that comes from boxes unsealed by the factory. What do I do now? That's the question.”

“Very quick delivery and the packaging used means that, my items at least will pass through a standard letter box. The prices are very competitive too. Only time will tell if the product matches the quality of my previous supplier, but here's hoping!”
