“Usually a Selco customer then realised Wickes were around the same price. Have now used BUILT and can't believe they can sell a roll of IKO 1F felt £5 cheaper? Easy to order, quick delivery and happy driver, all in all a good experience.”

“Great prices, innovative way to buy trade good and easier as well but Built have a bit of issue when it comes to time taken to process an order. Ordering in-store will not be less than 10 minutes and I've tried click and collect thinking it's would be faster but only maneged to shave a couple of minutes off that. Also the range of products is a bit limited but still really good for your basics like timber, plasterboard, copper pipe, etc.”

“Sick of leaving bad reviews but I really can’t say anything good and it’s not just me as I’ve had 2 of my guys collect within the last 4 weeks and they have not been impressed. Was in branch for well over an hour to pick up 2 click & collect orders and was bad from start to finish. No cups for coffee machine and then a catalogue of stuff which finished in me waiting over 10mins at counter for my Nando’s voucher. Like I said, im not one to moan but not impressed.”

“Not much in stock and takes weeks before they order more when they do have it it takes ages before it's out on the system? and this is just basic things like plaster board and plaster. go to selco same price”
