“Great price for the item and delivered in reasonable time. Would have given 5 stars but I didn't get a response to my email...... However this could be due to staffing levels etc at this current difficult time. Generally very happy.”

“Good, but you need to package something like a safe, as the last thing a customer needs is the postman, the courier and everyone else thinking they have valuables that require a safe. Luckily this was destined for a school.”

“NOT a negative report, but a comment on the packing. Having ordered 3 weed pullers, I was a bit surprised, when they all arrived together and the sharp points at the base of one of the pullers had worked itself through the bit of bubble wrap and was sticking out. Perhaps a couple of layers of cardboard around the base would have prevented this happening. However, all in all, happy with the service and hope the product is as good. Many thanks.”

“No complaints with delivery or packing however the 1.8m Faithfull Feather Edge I bought was plain with no scale on it so wasn't as describe on website. The 1.4m Feather also bought at the same time had the scale marks on it.”

“Website could indicate that they're not currently open to callers (Sept 2020) and are only accpting online orders (I made a fruitless 1.5 hours round trip!) . Having said that, the items I ordered arrived within the given timescale (3-5 working days) and are just what I needed.”
