“Ordered 2 14kg All weather Geo- Fix. Delivery was fine started the job on the yesterday 3rd April. When I opened the second tub on the same day two thirds of the contents were unusable as they were solid and I couldn't complete the job. I have emailed you direct and waiting your reply with interest”

“I would have gone really poor, but due to recent weather and their prompt email reply I gave poor, purely for that the time it took to process the order, the delivery time and the lack of completion of order. Having to wait another month for completion of order IMO is very poor.”

Hi Adam, I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the service you received. I have looked at the tracking code for your order, which was shipped the day after your order was placed, as it was ordered at 3.37pm which is after our cuttoff for same day shipment. Delivery was attempted the next day and then again the day after that, so unfortunately for whatever reason, it appears that the courier could not make the delivery.
