“Very quick turn around from initial order to receiving goods. Was a bit concerned to receive a 1ltr oil based product sent in a jiffy envelope. The tin was quite battered and it was lucky it had not split.”

“Price was good but sadly product came faulty,however building supplies direct very helpful to sort out issue and have item collected for inspection,just waiting to receive item back now .I would have given 5 star review however I needed item for job and now waiting to receive”

“Presumably to save packaging a bar of polishing compound was placed in the box containing my bench polisher. I assume that unfortunately the instruction leaflet for the polisher was inadvertently lost during this well meaning gesture. Other than that it would have been 5 stars. And I can't give 4.5 so 4 stars it. Do I recommend them? Yes.”

“After receiving my order with missing items it took almost 2 weeks to receive a response from them. However it was discovered that my emails had gone into their spam folder and after this I swiftly received the missing items. You can not contact anybody by telephone, the message says that everyone is working from home and to send an email. I feel that there should at least be somebody in the company able to take phone calls.”

“The goods were delivered promptly and have already been fixed to the outside newel posts. They look good and I am very pleased with them. Incidentally they were the cheapest on the market.”

“Excellent fast delivery by Building Supplies direct. but the Clarke ASHVAC1200 Stainless Steel Ash Vacuum Cleaner - 1200W 6471133 is only 840W. That is not powerful. I am an engineer and measured that.”
