“we still do not have our order, what is going on please?”

“I am still waiting for my delivery which suppose to be delivered on 21 June. Tried to call but no one to answer, instead there is a msg saying to email. I've been emailing since and I'm still waiting for my long lost delivery. Very poor customer service. If I don't get a refund or my delivery soon, I'm gonna have to go thru legal channels.”

“Difficult to get order confirmation and then delivery time was over 2 weeks and when you call the telephone the message asks you to email the customer service team. Why why why can you just not answer the phone. Probably won’t order from them again. Product was OK and well packed/protected for shipping.”

“I have used these for a while now with no problems, however this order was not good. It was quickly and efficiently sorted out by the customer service team though, you can’t ask for more than that, things do go wrong from time to time. I will be using them again for sure.”
