“We ordered a sink from Build4Less which was absolutely stunning but sadly, we soon discovered that the unit was too large for our new kitchen. We reported this Build4Less shortly afterwards who agreed to collect it. However, there would be a £10 return fee (we're fine with that) but also a reduction in the original price of 20% as a "restock fee". We are consumers and not trade and therefore is unlawful. Despite stating this fact to Build4Less and advising that our statutory rights as consumers override their terms and conditions, to date they have refused to collect the sink and refund us the total amount we paid, less the return fee of £10. We have therefore reported Build4Less to trading standards who have advised that they will be raising this issue with Build4Less. In addition, the companies "cooling-off" period on the website is stated to be only 7 days - also in contravention of the law. It should be 14 days.”

“Good price, excellent speed of delivery Packaging looked good on delivery Opened one to check the product On opening one pack had incurred some impact during delivery (not immediately visible untill closer inspection on day of use. All 5 sheets in the parcel had a split of about 40cm in the last ridge. Managed to use without damage showing. Maybe when the number of sheets exceed 10, have them delivered on a pallet. A little extra delivery costs might be worth it.”

“bought to brighten up boundry fence .could not order off any other website unless in packs of 4 we needed 5 they were happy to oblighe delivery was excelent ,cannot fault the pannels.went straight in place look fantastic very happy”

“Received on time, driver helpful, 2 packages of 4. Unpacked after a few days to find that 4 of the 8 sheets had been damaged on the corners. Unfortunately too late to return.”
