“I booked for a surprise for my sisters Hen Party, and Mike did not disappoint. He got everyone involved making cocktails and did a demonstration with the hen for each cocktail. Got everyone involved playing games and was genuinely an absolute pleasure to have him at the event. Entertained all ages,Thank you so much Mike you were absolutely fantastic :)”

“Absolutely fantastic day. Excellent service from both office and butlers. Our 2 butlers Jools and Matt were very professional, excellent games and kept the party going, for my daughters 21st would love to repeat it all over again!! Not tacky and good clean fun. Thanks lads!!”

“Jools & Matt hosted a great belated 21st birthday party (due to covid). It was definitely worth the wait! They were fantastic, drinks flowing, brilliant games played. All in all a great afternoon! Thank you :) x”

“One of our butlers caught Covid so was unable to attend. The butler who did arrive was Bengie from Truro. He was great! Text me before he arrived to finalise the plan and completely took control of the whole group as soon as he arrived. Cheekiness was at just the right level and the girls all loved him......we sprung a mr and mrs game on him last minute and he took it all in his stride. Well done Bengie!!!!! We had a right laugh....”

“I was nervous about booking but in week before event I sent email to check all ok and fast response confirmed all ok. Sadly one butler then had covid-19 warning but I received refund the day I was advised with out having to ask! Dan our remaining Butler texted to confirm he was working for us and any delays he would contact me. My HEN'S were all surprized!! As my treat to them! Ages from 30's-40's-50's-60's(me) and the naughtiest 70's!!! But Dan worked as a butler serving cocktails and canapés. which often he does not get to actually do!!! A gentleman all evening no matter what he was questioned about!! EXCELLENT THANKYOU”

“We had to change plans because unfortunately our butler contracted covid but the company were really accommodating, managed to sort a different night. Jimmy was amazing, he was such a good sport and we really all had an amazing time.”

“Well what can I say apart from thank you! Our planed booked company cancelled our booking within 48 hours of the hen do. Frantically I called round trying to find some availability and I was truly grateful when Buff Naker Butlers were able to accommodate. I spoke with Ross on the phone who quickly secured my booking, he said he would call back the following morning to confirm a time, but within 10 minutes he called me back and had it all sorted, which was a massive relief. Our butler was Darren who I must say was a pleasure! He was full of fun and knew how to handle a drunk bunch of hens. We didn't feel he was being sleazy towards us and he kept us entertained with the cocktail making, games and the general banter we all had. Made the hen feel at ease, considering she was adamant she didn't want any naked men at her hen... Thank you Darren from all the girls at Donna's hen.... If he ever reads the reviews please tell him I have some epic photos.”

“I was quite nervous until Oliver arrived but truthfully, he made my night! He put everyone at ease, made everyone laugh and had some very fun (but dangerous) games. Would definitely recommend.”

“Bart arrived early and was very friendly. He had good game ideas and was happy to have lots of photos taken with us. He also offered to serve our dinner and kept drinks topped up. Would defo recommend and use again.”
