“Really great customer service from Tanay. He has been very professional and helpful since I purchased my loupes. He’s easy to reach and quick to respond. The loupes are very light and easy to use. When I expressed discomfort with the nose pads I received a new and thicker one in just a few days and with no extra charge. Really glad I chose Bryant dental.”

“Connor and his team fixed my loupes which I have been trying to fix for so long. They not only fixed them but have me new parts and all for free as the company I bought them from have gone into administration. Amazing people do exist! Will definitely use them for getting my new loupes in the future.”

“Best Loupes I have ever had. Sadly my my first pair of Bryant Loupes got stolen. Connor was absolutely amazing he tried his best to get me a pair as soon as possible. He eased of the payment till my insurance company paid out which was a great help. The customer service both times round has been fabulous. I have recommended them to my collegues and friends. Would never look anywhere else. Thank you so much Connor and team.”

“I cannot thank Henry, Priyam and George enough for adapting and returning my much loved loupes (different brand) for their iShields in less than 3 days. I was able to try their Magstrap (very comfortable and hygienic) and I got to see the Dentair unit working (impressive and quiet). My 9 year old son had the best time “firing” on the team with a very impressive nerf gun. He’s already asking when we can go back!”

“I have been absolutely blown away by the quality of my new 5X Bryant loupes – I have worn them for a few months now and I can honestly say this has to be my best dental purchase to date. The loupes themselves are of excellent quality in that they are lightweight, comfortable and offer a superb clarity of vision. The Ignis headlight has been the ultimate game changer! What’s more, the customer service I received was outstanding. Connor took his time to explain all the details above and beyond. Well done to Bryant Dental for an exceptional product and service.”

“Amazing Customer Service by George. The light had just broke from my old loupes from a different company. George was able to get me a new light and battery pack for my old loupes while my new ones were being made. He also came on delivery day and helped me adjust my loupes correctly. Simply amazing. Best loupes company out there!!!”

“Met George today. Bought loupes almost immediately upon seeing the merch. The product simply exudes quality i have not seen in my 3 pairs of loupes I've owned over 20 yrs of loupe wearing. George went onto further seal the deal by offering to lend me a light for 6 weeks and adapt it to my existing loupes (as by battery and fibre optic cable are extinct pretty much) while my new "Bryants" are being constructed. Simply put' I don't go around writing reviews very often as I don't have the time. Todays customer service totally merits my time. thank you George”

“As many reviews have said Bryant Dental loupes are life changing. I moved from Surgitel x2.5 magnification to Bryant x5 six months ago. The quality of the equipment is superb as along side a massive increase in the magnification, there has been no loss in my field of view. So as a result, the quality of my dentistry and my enjoyment of it has improved immensely. The service from Henry and from the team at Bryant HQ was excellent and still is. Recently a small defect was dealt with immediately by them sending me a new upgraded part the same day.”

“From start to finish, I simply can’t fault anything about Bryant Dental. From the first phone call with helpful staff, to my meeting with George.. it’s been first class service. I have had loupes from different companies in the past and Bryant Dental are way way above the rest in terms of their product most importantly but also their service. George was very professional and helped guide me through the different options..everything was explained and I was kept in loop (excuse the pun!) about when my loupes would arrive. When I got them, I was immediately contacted my George to check everything was ok and have had follow up conversations since. I have been able to start using them straight away and the clarity is unbelievable. The wireless light is a complete game changer! There is absolutely no other company/product that you should even consider if you’re thinking of buying new loupes!”
