“Unfortunately I purchased an expensive box of file folders, but did not receive a VAT invoice. This VAT invoice was important, and the price was exceptionally high - I felt. Why are VAT invoices not automatic ?”

“When I placed my on-line order for key fobs there was a free offer of sellotape and dispenser on the website. When I phoned to query where the Sellotape & Dispenser were I was simply told it was obviously and error and that I should have realised this. I declined to place an order with the lady in question and told her I would take my business elsewhere - she was not perturbed!”
