“I am discussed at the fact I now have to pay an additional cost to get arms for an office chair that I bought that is sold with an image of ARMS ! This is false advertising and although Gerry was very apologetic and helpful over the phone, this doesn't make up for the fact that I now have an additional cost to pay for the product.”

“Waiting all day for order to arrive ... it never came . Can’t afford to wait all day here tomorrow so they should use an post for small orders. When told an order will arrive on a certain day I expect it to. Disappointed about that.”
