“Excellent customer service, even after care is excellent. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyesight needs. The staff are wonderful and also professional. I feel blessed to have such a great optician that I can call on at anytime. Good value for money!!”

“I recently bought a new pair of glasses, after losing a pair of my own. The staff were amazing helping me choose a pair that was right for me. My new glasses are lightweight and just what I needed. We ran into some trouble as one of the lenses arrived with the wrong prescription. This was not an issue, a new lense was ordered and rushed through enabling me to get my glasses in time for the show I was going to see 4 days later. I highly recommend this opticians and all of the staff ... won't find anywhere better in london.”

“I have used Bromley Eye Centre almost since they opened and I can not fault thier service. Having had a torn retina in the past I feel reassured that they have the skills, knowledge and equipment to detect any early changes in my eyes at my annual checkup. I am also impressed with their customer service which is second to none, I always feel like a valued customer.”

“I have been wearing glasses for years and used several opticians in the past, but none have provided me with the quality of service, or been able to instil the level of trust I have with Bromley Eye Centre. It is a family run business that treats you as a person and not just another customer. I’ve been using Bromley Eye Centre for several years and I’ve always been made to feel welcome, at ease and confident that I am dealing with professionals who know and care about what they are doing. The staff quickly got to know my particular requirements, my likes and dislikes and have always managed to deliver. They have also been very helpful and supportive whenever I’ve had any concerns about my eyesight and when I damaged my glasses. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bromley Eye Centre to anyone looking for a professional and friendly, optician they can trust.”

“I have been coming to Bromley Eye Centre or the last ten years. The service is first rate and whilst it is possible to get eye tests for less elsewhere I think the extra expense is worthwhile. The advice on lens and glasses is very good.”

“I have been going to Bromley Eye Centre for the last 10 years. Professional and friendly advice is always given. What I like is that you are seen by the same people each time, unlike the high street chains where you tend to see a different person each time and given conflicting advice. Fees may be a bit higher, but well worth it if you have anything other than minor eye sight problems. Would not hesitate to recommend BEC.”

“Great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Optician was very informative, explained each test as he diid them. Staff helped me chose frames to suit me and within an hour of walking in I was handed my reading glasses, very professional and friendly service, would highly recommend”
