“Ordered duvet, pillows, sheet and pillowcases for my holiday cottage. Duvet and pillows are okay. Sheet much thinner than expected but the pillowcases were absolutely terrible and had to be sent back. The stitching was all over the place, with overstitching an absolute mess and lots of loose threads. After several emails back and forth they did accept me sending them back and refunding although I'm yet to receive it. I won't be ordering from them again.”

The customer emailed in on the afternoon of 11th February complaining about the pillowcases. We replied to her straight away and within one day, we had arranged a free return for the pillowcases and a full refund has been given to her for the pillowcases. Bob
