“I had to take the time out to recognise and share my excellent experience with British homebuyers. Communication when attempting to sell your property is essential and if done efficiently, can ensure a reduced stress process. From offer to completion the process took under 2 months - this was a percentage of the average time it takes. Molly ewen was extremely professional, supportive and efficient. Communication was an absolute pleasure. There was quality and efficiency throughout. Hannah Parkin was extremely responsive and extremely kind and a pleasure to speak with always I was not left dissatisfied through anything we asked assistance and in getting updates. Charles was an absolute pleasure to speak to and his years of experience was priceless, the support and patient and understanding was gold standard and at times even exceptional to say the least. Alex was of huge assistance when it came to business transparency, target sales, markets and the conversations we had really helped make key decisions, in light of turbulent markets. These members of the team were key players and allowed both speed and efficiency to flow, in a turbulent market and the perseverance and personal dedication to achieving customer satisfaction seemed at the backbone of their daily activity, a great team if you want to sell your property efficiently and have full say in the course of the process, throughout. “So i was wary of dealing with an online company for the sale of my house. Transpires it was the best idea. British Home Buyers were communicative, professional, and honest from the get-go. I was assigned to William and Charles, who were extremely responsive and always reassuring. Sold my house within 2 weeks (just what William said would happen!) and then held my hand throughout both sale and ongoing purchase. I used their recommended solicitors for both which was slick and meant all my people were talking to each other so i really didn't have to stress. Couldn't recommend highly enough and wouldnt hesitate to use British Home Buyers again! Thanks team”

“***BHB delivered on their promises*** We originally had our property listed with a well-known high street agent and despite being given plenty of time, they were unable to secure one offer. In the meantime, BHB posted a flyer through our door and despite some initial scepticism having not heard of them before and knowing that they aren't traditional customer facing agents, we decided to give them our listing. BHB promised a large database of buyers, including investors, as well as a quick sale. It didn't take long at all to have a number of offers on the table, including one we were happy to accept (from an investor). BHB ultimately delivered on their promises, and made us happy customers. The decision to switch to BHB paid off, and I'd have every confidence in listing any future properties with them again. William Gale was honest and communicative throughout, and Charles Gale really helped during the final phases of the sale between us, Agents, Solicitors and Buyer. Thank you”
