“I ordered a 2 wheel brown bin and was expecting it to arrive within a week of ordering it. After nearly a week and a half, I called to see where it was. It turns out that the bin was broken in transit and had been returned. The problem got sorted out and a couple of days later, a new undamaged bin was delivered.”

“Extremely efficient web site and delivery service. The outdoor waste bin I ordered is robust and stylish. It functions extremely well, with a good locking system when you close it, but it does need to be positioned near a wall or fence, because if you open it and allow the lid to fall to the back of the bin the 'hinge' becomes disconnected and the lid falls off - theat is, assuming my bin doesn't have a securing part missing.”

“Package arrived on-time; just assembled today and the structure is great. Couple of minor points - the slats in the lid are loose and move around - there is definitely space for at least one more slat. Also the screws provided are RUBBISH. The 'long screw' provided is a 10x3" - nearly impossible to drive, especially without pilot holes in the target piece. The 'small screws' for hinges are about 5x1" size with a tiny head (Pozi #1). This makes them hard to drive and the head tends to burr off as well. In the end I've replaced all the screws with my standard Screwfix ones - 10x2" for the main structure and 6x1" for the hinges; these are MUCH easier to drive and don't burr. Time will tell if the 2" are up to the job, I suspect they'll be fine as the store is in the lee of a fence and not exposed to significant weather/football impact!”

“I looked around the internet for a device to secure my wheelie bins as part of a Crime Reduction Strategy at home and found the British Bins clamps. I was impressed by the quality of the plastic and hope they will stand the test of someone trying to remove my bins (although I really hope this will not happen). One negative point is I would like to have used my own padlock or at least been offered the chance to buy a second provided padlock to balance off the clamp and provide a greater level of protection from leverage to break open the clamp. That said I'm impressed with the product and will recommend it to others.”

“A metal bin of wheelie size was just what we needed. Unfortunately it did arrive with a delve on the lid which was disappointing. However I am sure it will acquire worse during it's lifetime, and I did not think it warranted a complaint.”
