“I am very disappointed in the service I received. The guy I dealt with was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. He first drove to my street and called me to tell me he cannot get parked and suggested I do something about and he would try again the next day, to which I told him I would find someone else. He then turned up at my address an hour later with another colleague to carry out the work. Upon arrival he made me very uncomfortable and had a very misogynist approach making me feel belittled. I will NOT be using this company again nor would I recommend them to friends and family.”

“Went in their shop this morning expecting to pay several hundred pounds for deadlocks as I’d just bought a new van. Dealt with the most arrogant man I’ve ever met who obviously gets off on talking down to women. Even my friend couldn’t believe his attitude towards me. He clearly doesn’t need the business. If he had spoken to a man in the patronising way that he spoke to me he would’ve probably been knocked out!”

“I bought a vintage Rolls-Royce the keys for which had been lost in the dim and distant past. After a few false starts with local locksmiths I discovered Brights, sent them the locks which they duly dismantled and made keys for. I had them back in just over a week. A nice young man called Jamie did the work and kept me informed. I shall be giving them more work!”

“Amazing service. I would highly recommend them. I had a very difficult old lock that I hadn’t been able to open for years since I moved in the house. I was told that I probably would have to have a new lock. But they’ve actually managed to make me a new key because they couldn’t put a new lock in that door. Honest charges and great guys. Thank you so much for completing my Mission Impossible!!!”

“Very rude,expensive and arrogant. I needed some keys cut and they wanted to charge me £6.90 each, I was told that I would not get that type of key cut anywhere else cheaper, after I refused to pay the extortionate price I was told "yeah good luck with that then"!!, found a local Dry Cleaners who charged £3.50 each and did them straight away with no fuss. This is not the 1st time I have had issues with this company and wouldn't recommend them at all.”

“We used Brights 5 months ago to gain entry to our property. In the process our brand new front door was damaged, which has a noticeable scratch on the front. Despite countless calls, emails, messages with them promising of them getting it fixed, nothing has been done. They don’t return any of my calls or messages. It even states on their website that there will be “no damage” on gaining entry. Poor customer service- would not recommend.”
