“My husband and I could not have asked for a better estate agents than Briggs and Mortimer there lettings manager Sandra Duffy was truly outstanding this was the first time we have ever rented a property we were about to give up on the rental market until we met Sandra who made everything so easy who went the extra mile we had many dealings with many agents and our experience was horrendous Sandra on the other hand was sensational and if it was not for her we would have 100% giving up on renting I cannot praise this estate agent enough when they say they are the friendly estate agents on there recorded voice message they really are thanks for everything, could not recommend them enough x”

“Having used a few estate agents for rentals over the years I would rate Briggs and Mortimer as by far the best. They have lovely, friendly helpful staff and are very good if you have any problems acting in a quick efficient way”

“The fact that briggs & mortimer already had registered customers seeking to buy a property like ours was a fantastic bonus. The two bedroom flat situated in the middle of Royston never had to be advertised and was sold in effect 72 hours after becoming vacant. We dealt mainly with Ammie the MD but were always well looked after by other members of his team when required. The whole process from an estate agency perspective was a very positive experience.”
