“I will never visit Brewers again, this is the second time in recent month I have been disappointed with the service I have received, both times at considerable expense to me, and no one behind the counter taking any responsibility or offering to put it right in any way, the first was at the Nuneaton branch where the mixed the wrong bases in two different tins on the same order, then couldn’t even offer an apology, And the at the Leicester branch I had a torrid time at the counter after the manager who was ill in her defence messed my order up and then refunded me leaving me with insufficient funds to purchase what I was originally after...... refunds take 2 days to hit your account with this company, sorry guys I could not recommend this company!!!”
“They are my go to shop when I need mixed paint or need something I know they have. Staff is great, answers always found for my question. They don’t change the shop lay out like many other shops which is great for me as I always find my regular needs in the same place. I hope it stays there (Putney) I also like their frequent promotions.”
