Hi Michaela, sorry to hear this, it sounds as though the pumps need to be tightened a bit, if the pumps aren't tight enough they won't work but please feel free to get in touch with customer services.

“Delivery was very slow so I would probably order with plenty of time to spare in the future. First time using these products & I went for the hydyloric acid exfolliator with 1st cleanse & toner I have used 1st cleanse every day and the peel twice. It has been a week and there is slight difference to pores but my skin feels really nice. I think it's a routine that will reap benefits over time. I would like a stronger peel.”

“I love Bravura products, I have been using them for over 2 years now, even during pregnancy and breast feeding. The personalised skincare routine from Amanda saved me, after the stress of getting married and the hormones of pregnancy her adviced help me to go from covered in spots to 90% spot free. My only complaints would be the cost of the products, minimum spend for free delivery and the lack of rewards for loyal customers! I applaud them for their recyclable packaging.”

“I really enjoyed Bravura's customers support: I placed my order with a wrong postal address and noticed it only after some time. I turned to support and got it changed in a timely manner which was very nice. The product was well and neatly packed. I'm testing it right now but I already feel that it's gonna be awesome and there will be more Bravura's products on my shelf.”
