“Very happy with my purchase from Brand Boudoir, saved over £50 on the RRP of my Redwings, was slightly wary of buying online as the sizing is notoriously tricky but was confident after checking the returns policy.. but thankfully didn’t have to use it Great communication and delivery was swift and well organised”

“I literally hate your returns policy. The boots are too big they slip but I feel that I shouldn’t have to pay the postage it cost you to send them to me aswell as my own postage to return them. It puts me off of ever buying from you again. I kept them just because I couldn’t face the stress of getting a returns code etc. So I guess your policy works for you.”
