“Returned a pair of trainers after 8 months ownership ( ocassional wear at week ends = apx. 60 times) The soles split in half. Returned them. Firstly told that they could not find order on their system (even though I sent back the original packing note with ALL details on) and secondly that this is looked at as fair wear and tear. Taught me a lesson not to buy cheap,tawdry products that are only fit to be looked at and not worn....In the bin they go ,Cheers ,B.B.O. (B.O. for sure) . x”
“Please do not use - I ordered dress but had to return due to it being too big - I have never received a refund despite getting confirmation that they had received the dress back in their warehouse - do they have £196 plus the dress !!!!!
Beware their site is under maintenance and they do not respond to emails and no contact anywhere to be seen!!!”
