“Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs! They do not bother replying to emails. Very incompetent and do not care about the customer at all. Communication is non existent. You pay for the service that they do not provide. The last email was telling me that 'this is our priority now': 3 weeks later, the issue is still there and no response at all.”

“To be honest, I've only ever heard how difficult and slow solicitors are when moving house. Callum (and his assistant Michael) were absolutely the opposite. An absolute pleasure to deal with, empathetic and efficient in a difficult chain - they got the job done! Thank you so much guys. What would we have done without you!!”

“I had a terrible experience. They were very unresponsive (no response for days), didn't explain the process properly (only received automatic emails and no support) and delayed the whole process by a month since one of the solicitors was off.”

“I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys in the future.Callum was extremely professional from the start and always kept me in the loop beit email,telephone or letter.And the price charged for their service was excellent because here in Plymouth it was double if not treble the cost.Although the sale was very long winded through no fault of these guys they always remained utterly professional.”

“I have used BPL solicitors for sale of our old and the purchase of our new house. The solicitor Mark Stimson and his team was absolutely perfect and they have provided better than expected service. They have payed attention to all details saving me £2,000 in cost of the purchase as the valuation price was different on the papers than the estate agents papers and they have discovered on time this discrepancy. The communication was great too and my emails were responded on the same day. They have managed to comolete all conveyancing process in only 1 month, so we have sold and moved to our new house just 30 days after viewing and placing an offer thanks to the hard work of the Mark Stimson and his great team. I will highly recomend this solicitor.”
