“What a fantastic service. We approached Bounce with a very tight deadline. They were positive right from the start and acted immediately. We were kept informed of progress all the way, checking we were happy with the colours etc and the items arrived bang on time. Will definitely be using them again.”

“We came across PromoBrand's website because we were seeking a supplier for 250 custom-printed playing cards. Abi was super quick to respond and came back with an answer to all my queries and a request for a quote. The quote itself was fairly reasonable and processing the order for the playing cards was simple and painless. It took a little over a week from approval of the artwork and payment to receiving the cards, and we were provided tracking for the shipment. The playing cards themselves came nicely packaged in shrink wrap and we've had no issue so far with the print quality – it's excellent. The super fast service from PromoBrand was really appreciated because we were working under a tight deadline to get the playing cards, so that we could distribute them at a tradeshow. Overall, we're really pleased with the service from PromoBrand and would recommend it!”

“I contacted Promo-brand as I needed some beach balls in a specific colour by a certain time. I contacted many suppliers and Promo-brand came back quickly with a cost and timescale. I was super pleased as Abi, the representative at Promo-brand did the best to find the colour I needed and secured the order for me turning it around in under two weeks. I would definitely recommend this company both on price and professional performance.”

“Bronwyn was brilliant and responsive at each stage of the process, through iterations of design and mock up to final approval and manufacture. Replies to queries and questions were very quick and considered which enabled decisions to be made quickly to keep to our required timescales. Very happy with the end product and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Bounce Creative Designs picked up our custom order at the last minute and gave us a reasonable price for an order made at short notice. They also managed to arrange delivery to an event venue with no hassle for us. And our custom design looks amazing! I would definitely recommend the custom mini-footballs for anyone running a sports-related event in 2022, the colours were bright and they seemed very high-quality.”
