Very reliable cars and a great after-sales warranty on all their cars, with the free extension of manufacturer warranty after each annual service.

Horrible experience I am so disappointed in the service or should I say lack of service I have received from Larry H Miller Toyota. First they Charged me $31,000 for a SUV that is only worth $17,000. That was my fault for going in there and not knowing anything. Things keep breaking and I have tried to get a hold of someone in the service department for over a month now and no one will ever call me back. There is a major recall list they should’ve taken care of before I got the vehicle. I went in there once talk to a manager. He left and never came back. I had to find him and then he acted like we had never talked

Authorized Toyota dealers are useless after the 6-year warranty period expires. Currie Motors Isleworth; Ph: 0208568 4343; Email: services@curriemotorstwickenham.toyota.co.uk; Address: 207-209, Worton Road, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 6DS I booked an appointment at this service centre for 12noon for the 6th-year service for my car. When I reached there, I was told that I was supposed to drop-off the car between 8-10am in the morning. I recheck my confirmation email, and there was no indication of 8-10am drop-off time. I showed the confirmation email to their staff which clearly read 12noon, but they argued that they are not hiding anything and that their system had a drop-off time between 8-10 am booked for my car. I was very surprised that the confirmation email I had said 12noon time, and the booking time they had was between 8-10am! They said, they may still be able to could accommodate me today. However, I will have to leave the car overnight if the MOT fails, because it would be illegal for me to drive the car on the road with a failed MOT. They also said, in some cases, when the card parts have to be imported from Japan, it can take a couple of days! I asked them if they were to keep my car, would they provide a replacement car. They said, no, as they are fully booked out. I then requested for another day for an appointment, and they gave me a date before my MOT is due to expires. I asked for an earlier day, and they said that would be fine. When I asked if they will send me a confirmation email, they said please check your email and phone number on our records, and we will send a confirmation email. The confirmation never arrived! I sent an email to the local Toyota head office, but they didn't care to respond either. I feel that Toyota does not care about the customers who own Toyota older than 5-years old. I felt it is pointless to use an authorized Toyota center, which is anyways overpriced.

Authorized Toyota dealers are useless after the 5-year warranty period expires. I booked an appointment to get my car serviced at 50,000miles/5years & for MOT at Hayes-Toyota. I reached their 15-minutes before the appointment. However, my car was not taken to the workshop until 12.30pm. I was called after a while, and the person sitting close to the back-wall far way from the front counter (where the documents were not visible) told me that the report of the visual inspection has come and talked me through 5 items including, (1) Cabin filter dirty, (2) Fog light, (3) Wipers smearing, (4) Front slitter insecure, (5) Disk pads lipped. He said that that the 3, 4, 5 points were advisory changes and nothing serious, and I can get them changed on my next service and if I am happy they will change the cabin filter and fog light now. I immediately agreed. He then said that there is some problem with the computer system and the mechanic cannot log himself into the system, and therefore MOT cannot be done. I said I am happy to wait until evening as my MOT expires tomorrow. He said that he could not assure me if they would be able to do MOT in the evening or tomorrow and suggested me to take my car elsewhere. I was not happy with the situation, so he immediately recommended a garage around the corner. I went there and got an appointment for MOT for 17-July-2018. I then felt that I was at last-minute risk and decided to take my car to another private garage for the MOT. To my surprise, the MOT of my car failed due to both front windscreen wiper blades, which needed an immediate change due to excessive wear. I was shocked that the Hayes-Toyota did not inform me of this! I had to pay another £64.31 to get it fixed on top of the MOT fee. Points of concerns : (1) I was returned the car in an unwashed state even though the document that they asked me to sign said the car would be washed. I got my car serviced several times before at anther Toyota center, and the car was always washed before handing it over to me (...maybe just as a courtesy, but they did). (2) There was just one (used!) glass for customers to drink water which I was offered for use! (3) What is the point of getting a service done at Toyota's approved Center if my MOT on the same day fails at another center? (4) I am surprised that Hayes-Toyota refused to do the MOT in the first place, but they had no issue with doing a poor 5-year service. (5) I was surprised how immediately I was referred to a garage close-by and asked to provide Hayes-Toyota's reference. (6) The estimated price for service and MOT was given to me at booking time was £204 including VAT, but I was charged £223.38 without doing an MOT and the price on receipt reads (£37.50 for the air filter and £11.15 for the fog light). I was not even given my old fog light back! (7) When I came home and carefully noted the visual inspection report, the person at the counter had written prices for 3 items (fog light, wipers, cabin filter) in the report but not for the other two (Front slitter and disk pad lipped). However, he only mentioned 2 items for an immediate change (fog light & cabin filter). I am not sure why did he not asked an immediate wiper change if it is an essential requirement to pass an MOT? I sent a written complained to Toyota's local head office, and the best solution they came up with was to talk to the center! I was very disappointed with this awful experience at Hayes-Toyota and Toyota in general (an approved Toyota dealer)!

Liars AVOID AVOID AVOID very non professional, unethical and unacceptable behaviour Gave me a price 10500£ on phone and said we will negotiate it when you will come to finalise the deal , so I went all the way from Leicester, the person I talked with was not there and a salesperson named Joel was there who was the rudest person I ever met , he said we will not even reduce the price but there will be a administration fee of 129£ as well on above 10599£ and if you are not happy with this deal we have many buyers available who are willing to pay even 11000£ so the choice is yours, we will give you a tank full of Petrol with the car that’s the max we can do for you , I had no option because I went there from Leicester so I said ok , paperwork signed and they gave me a delivery date I went there to pickup the car everything was fine but the tank was empty, I asked them about the Petrol you promised and the gentleman said I never promised the full tank. The person I talked to (Adam) was good but he couldn’t do anything, :(:(:( So very unprofessional dealing
