“I rang by mistake this morning and spoke to Peter who was very helpful , I wanted to cancel my sunlife policy , which wasn’t with your company , after listening to my enquiry Peter took some information and gave me a contact number for sunlife to cancel my insurance with them . He also asked if I would be interested in saving money while still being able to get the same benefits . After a lengthy conversation I was able to reduce my monthly payments from 55.00 a month to £22.00 a month( roughly ) with the same cover. So I decided to take the offer of his help and am now with AIG . Throughout the process Peter was respectful and efficient without being pushy or hurried in our conversation . The emails were sent and received and I remain very satisfied with my transaction . Thank you Peter for our unexpected encounter and the outcome ,Regards Trudy”

“This broker is rubbish. They do not do their due diligence in checking out the insurer who they recommend to their client. I took out income protection with shepherds friendly who did everything possible not to pay out the claim. I do not recommend this broker as they started to ignore my emails after I complained.”

Hi Sadat, We are sorry to hear of your poor experience with Shepherds Friendly. We can assure you we carry out due diligence on any providers that we work with. Shepherds Friendly Society is a UK friendly society and one of the oldest mutual insurers in the world with over 100,000 members. They also paid out 95% of Income Protection claims last year but unfortunately on rare occasions a claim can not be accepted, for example if a relevant medical condition is not disclosed. We will investigate the service we have provided you with and have passed this on to our Compliance department to help you with your complaint and resolve any issues.

“Have been dealing with Sam, what a lovely and polite man. I was a bit reserved at forst as I don't normally deal with callers (i had completed a quote online and then got the dreaded call! However, Sam rang when he said he would, he talked us through everything, was very patient with us and we were happy to agree to him setting our policy up. What the aftercare will be I don't know, but so far very impressed.”
