“Needed a new boiler fast as mine decided to pack up on a Friday afternoon. Called Boiler click they came out the same day and gave me a price and fitted the new boiler on Monday. You couldn’t ask for much more that that”

“After looking on line i chose 3 local companies to come out and give me a quotation for a replacement boiler. Not only was Boiler click the cheapest there quote was also in my opinion the most transparent. We gave them the go ahead by phone and were booked in for the following week with no upfront payment like the other 2 companies where demanding. The boiler we chose was a Vaillant 32 with 10 years warranty and it is now all fitted and working well. The engineer was very tidy and friendly so we will certainly be recommending them.”

“Booked a boiler install with Boiler Click as their quote was the cheapest out of the 3 quotes I obtained. Kept informed of install dates with regular text messages. Work completed to a high standard, the engineer was hard working, punctual and polite. Would definitely recommend.”

“Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely company. Always friendly and turn up when they say they will. Exemplary customer service from engineers and office staff. I can't fault them.Professional, helpful, honest and family run. They take their job seriously and bend over backwards at every turn to ensure that the price is fair and are very competitive in the local area. I have had plumbing work done and work on my boiler done, both sets of engineers managed my expectations and were transparent with their plan of action.I allowed them into my home, after booking the job with the helpful ladies in the office, and the engineers arrived, smartly dressed and were thoughtful enough to put down the carpet protector. They talked me through every stage and I even gave them a key to return to complete the job in my absence.I highly recommend them to all who ask.”

“I spoke with Charlene who was very helpful after our boiler decided to stop working. After it was deemed to be replaced, she did everything she could to try and get it done as soon as possible and despite a small wait which was out of her control, we now have a new boiler which is very modern and much more effective. Stephen the plumber was very polite and kept disturbance to a minimum. Would happily use their service again!”
