Hello Nita here. just like to say a big thankyou to the staff at your store in GOOLE. i go into the store every Sat, your staff are friendly helpful and kind, nothing too much bother for them. I dropped my car keys in the store , they found them and i went back in and they had put them in the back room. I buy plants every saturday, i was just wondering if the girls could do with hose pipe to water the plants. make their job much easier and would save you the loss of your beautiful plants, thankyou once again, well done,xx

I apply for a day job, according to their form in B&M warehouse in Speke. After that, I was contacted by Adam Feltcher and I asked him to send me a complete description of the job. He send me an invitation. Next day I call him back and ask to confirm what we have talked the day before. His said yes. Next day at the interview in Speke, he announced us (7-8 people) there are only night jobs. So, is obvious why he didn't provided more writing information about the job. Next second I move from there. I add a screenshot to see how cover his back. Be aware how they work at B&M. If they start to lie from the beginning, what will be next?

I tried b&m in ards I usually go to connswater or the odd time Bloomfield but was in ards so tried there shops not too bad to be honest its nice enough but Jesus staff are miserable one guy with long hair no customer service looks actually suicidal find a way to put a smile on their face

Had toaster from bm online opened box big hole in toaster front but no broken part in sealed box sent e mail to bm not even a reply so if you do order on check box before driver runs off

Terrible terrible experience!! I ordered a product online on the 16th of December as a Christmas present with delivery being 4-7 days. I phoned them in the 28th December requesting an update on my delivery. I got told the warehouse lost my package and the will send me a new one immediately. I didn't receive any emails concerning this so today the 3/01/23 I phoned them again and they said it hasn't been dispatched yet so I asked them to email me this. An hour after phoning them they email me with a refund!?!? So i still don't have my product for my elderly parents as their Christmas present! This is disgraceful!

I bought kitchen rolls in Sainsbury's on boxing day l went into b&m Thorne road Doncaster l put my shopping bag on the counter to make it easier to pick up lm 68 full of arthritis the assistant on the till the first one near the door at 1.45 yester started mouthing at me that l had to show her a reciept l want to see a reciept l want too see a reciept l said l didn't get them from here she said you have to show a reciept l was very annoyed and embarrassed l had a phone costing £1. 350 in my hand her mouthing about my shopping lm not prepared to be treated like that l felt so angry ld just spent £19 in Sainsbury's on plenty kitchen rolls and a frying pan my recieptsare nothing to do with other shops other stores don't behave like that b&m need to train their staff or sack them l won't be shopping their again lm asking my lawyer nephew about whether you have to show another shop your reciepts

Purchased Eden range King size bedding. The fitted sheet already has bobble on the sheets, and is already feels worn and horrid I threw the sheet out. And the whole bedset is very cheap. BM bed sets are poor quality.

Alan one of the staff from Haymarket B&M store in Sheffield is very helpful and will go above and beyond to help me find whatever i am looking for everytime I Shop in there nothing is any trouble for him he is very helpful every company needs this kind enthusiasm from their staff 👏👏👏👏

I returned a bath rack today to your Easterhouse store . I explained politely too big for my bath , to be told by assistant “ it fits my bath “ then got asked what kind of bath do you have? I said a normal bath ! I object to be getting questioned about a genuine return with receipt ! Customer service absolutely shocking from the bath Police 👮‍♀️! I will not shop in this store again

Just brought a new toy for Christmas for my son at Aylesbury store. I managed to replace it for a new one but no apologies from the manager at all. The toy was covered with battery acid leaking from the toy. This could cause serious life threatening condition for my son as leaking battery contain burning acid. No empathy and lack of professionalism from their side.

Abergavenny store at 13.50 on 6 December. The lady on the till said neither one word to me nor even looked up at me while putting my purchases through the till and processing my credit card. During the whole process she held a conversation in a very loud voice with a lady on another till over my shoulder. She only acknowledged me when I remonstrated with her for being so incredibly rude. Fortunately this is not my usual experience in B & M. Please instruct till staff to be polite to customers.

I regularly shop at B&M for pet products however, with the greed crisis being inflicted on all of us by stores, this shop is becoming obsessively greedy to the point that within a short space of time my preferred cat litter was increased gradually to £3.99, then it went to £4.99 & as of today it reached £5.99 so at this price I will not purchase, I will have to look for a cheaper alternative. Robbing us all in broad daylight.

Item been scanned twice. Notice just then come back home and checked receipt. I write an email and send receipt pictures but B&M customer service doesn’t helped. I do not understand why they could check Cctv and do investigation by them self without me(they got the proof of receipt with all the details). I’m working mum I do not have time to come back in a 14 days to sort all this.

Bought 2 humidifiers & oils from b& m, stoped working soon after, thought maybe we could change the battery but they are none replaceable, what a waste of £30. Tried to take photos on my tablet,but can’t drag file.

PG tips tea bags: There were on the shelf two different boxes One type marked 240 (bags) at £3.75, the Other marked 240 (bags) + 50% free. They were not priced. Obviously I picked up the +50% free version but I was still charged £3.75. The box contained 240bags. This could be a marketing department con trick by PG, but I suspect that it is a rip off by B&M. The price should ofcourse have been that for 160 bags.

DOG TOY NEARLY KILLED MY 18WEEK OLD PUPPY we had this toy in our property less then 24hours before our new puppy fell very ill she had played with this toy exactly how it was sold she played tug of war with my children and the hair off the toy became lodged in my dogs intestines and she needed an emergency operation costing thousands and after care that's also goin to cost And the reply I got from b&m customer is they will not be accepting liability due to me not following the guidelines of the toy they said they came to this decision due to me already telling them that this toy was never left with my puppy and it was caused by a build up of the hair on the toy well yes you clever people when a dog plays tug with somthing then if it's not up to its job it's goin to fall to bits isn't it I noticed the hair coming out that was the reason the dog didn't play with the toy again after only 15-30mins so to now be told this by this absolutely disgusting company that have previous history of this exact thing aswell is just heart breaking they think it's that easy to just sell defective products that hurt and kill our pets and can just wash there hand with just an email well unfortunately for b&m here I have all the proof I need I will now be compiling all this into a video that will be live on YouTube this Sunday 18th of September with the headline B&M nearly killed my dog and washed there hands so if anyone would like to see all the proof that b&m just wasn't interested in then please tune in by searching the title as will be coverd on multiple channels

Me and wife visited B and M at Burden off Manchester Road. Bolton. The staff on the till was amazing. Merchandise sold in the store was of good quality and excellent value.

My wife and I used to enjoy going to the March store good size aisles as my wife is a wheelchair user . We went there on Monday 15 august after they had their refit and the first thing we found was strange that you now go around the store in a anti-clockwise direction and if this was not bad enough you have moved the aisles much closer together so now when I take my wife in her wheelchair there is just enough room to get past when another person is in the aisle and the claustrophobic feeling that this creates is quite bad despite the high ceiling . So in conclusion what used to be a welcoming shopping experience has turned into a very bad one and sorry to say we will not be using this store again
