From the how did we do email you sent you are only inviting good reviews, this is not good practice. I ordered flowers 5 days ago and they still have not arrived, and I am yet to receive an explanation as to why. At this rate they will not be worth delivering, if this is the case I will be uploading a picture so everyone can see the state of the flowers that you deliver

The flowers did not arrive yesterday .as ordered, and they have not been delivered today.They were for the anniversary of the death of my friends mother so very dissapointind

Awful experience. I left the last number off part of the postcode. Rather than calling me (number was provided), the flowers were not sent. It cost me £30 and I've been offered a credit of £15 (which I haven't even received). I am told I am the one at fault for picking the free delivery option and this means they aren't prepared to call if there is a query with the address. I wouldn't recommend

Flowers were not delivered on the due date to my unwell Mum. Advisor was rude and patronising. Would never use again

raised a order 13th march for delivery 18th march. no flowers delivered and i am now chasing the order on a sunday evening for mothers day. appalling service. better shop local

Did not use b and m bargains they said substandard flowers and not the ones you order disappointed and ripped off and you can’t speak to a customer service agent

Rubbish I paid extra to get a bigger bouquet I need not have bothered I still got the cheap small bunch which was £19.99 . I paid £32 I could have gone into Morrisons and got a huge bunch for what I paid definitely do not recommend and I will never use again . The first pic is what they advertised at £19.99 the other is what I got

Flowers did not arrive, cannot get hold of anyone by phone, email or live chat! When you put the order number in on live chat it states they cannot find it but all representatives are busy and then disconnect you! Paid through paypal so will be putting in a claim!

Spent £42 on a large bunch of Roses & Lilys for my wife for valentines day plus a box of chocolates What I got was a small bunch of flowers, Roses looked as though they were a couple of days old and 2 lilys. And no chocolates Might as well gone to tescos and purchased 3 bunches and a box of chocolates and spent less The annoying thing is, when phone customer service at B&M to be told that their flower service is nothing to do with them although the same company is wrong Getting nowhere with emailing my complaint

Very disappointing, the smallest lily bud.. I've ever seen, small bunch, roses not that fresh. Nothing like the advertised picture because I don't even like red roses
