I unfortunately lost my receipt but the price tag was still attached to the shorts.
I went I to your Frenchay shop and asked if I could exchange it for a bigger size. The manager said that he could not as he requires the receipt. I explained that I have lost it and he then went on to imply that I could have stolen it. Where the hell does he get off implying I am a thief,is it because I am a foreigner?

“Everything arrived in good packaging. However, i ordered three items and the first delivery was only two items. I had to email to request tracking for the third item which was in a separate order. Given that they did respond within a day and also give me the information immediately.
