“Ordered 2 different bouquets for birthdays on the same day different ends of the country. Both arrived within a couple of hours of each other, both recipients were delighted. “Bought for friend’s 70th birthday. I was informed late on the day of her birthday that the bouquet was not able to be delivered due to hold ups (at port?). It was then delivered a day late. I felt it would have been better to at least acknowledge in advance that deliveries could be affected by problems due to covid / Brexit. She assured me the bouquet was beautiful, albeit late.”
