Paid extra for delivery still arrived late and when I contacted customer service I got no reply , overall bad service

Flowers were of not good quality, I paid for a larger bouquet which was not as large as I thought I paid for, free chocolates were supposed to come with the flowers as a mothers day offer...no chocolates were included. All in all a bad experience and will not be using again. Marc

Appalling. Their system overrode my selected delivery date for a Mother's Day bouquet. Within 2 minutes of placing the order and noticing the mistake I sent them messages (through two different routes) asking them to correct the order date TEN DAYS LATER (8 days after the order had been delivered on the wrong date) I receive the first and only response: "Unfortunately we are not able to fulfill your request to cancel your purchase on this occasion. Please note that we require 48 hours’ notice prior to delivery for any cancellation as detailed in our Terms & Conditions and unfortunately, your request falls outside of these timescales. " No apology, no refund. Avoid

I order2 lots of flowers and my partner ordered 1 I was discussed with the flowers the quality was awful they have died less than a week after receiving them! Will never order again!

The flowers arrived late and half of which were dead on delivery. I raised a complaint to your customer service which has never been responded to. Customer service non existent with no follow up or response. Graham Trewhitt 700020883

I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, and the only good thing I have to say is that they were delivered on the correct day. Apart from that, the flowers were crusted and wilted, and quite sparse. I have contacted them several times and had no response. I thought they were quite cheap in comparison to some companies, but the prices are still high when you are getting a deal. £20 wasted on each bunch, next time I will take my business to Interflora.

Worst company I have ever used, flowers arrived half dead the other half broken with the heads off of the stems, have tried to call to complain several times and after waiting for over 30 minutes to get through at 7p per minute gave up sent several emails and no reply! Very poor strategy clear

The only thing worse than the flowers that were delivered is the poor customer service. Still waiting for a response, more than a week on. Flowers were wilted and damaged on arrival. Not the Mothers Day Gift we had intended it to be. We were so embarrassed by the poor state we had to go buy another gift.

The flowers arrived as planned on the correct day, but that was the only good thing about the whole experience of using this company, by the following day (Sunday) the roses were dead, and the day after there was no life left in the bouquet at all. I wrote to customer services on the Monday to express my dissatisfaction and received an automated email which stated I would be contacted soon by customer services, 1 week later and 3 further emails and I still haven't been able to speak to a person yet, I have tried phoning during working hours but no one answers the phone, I have requested a full refund and a fresh bouquet to be delivered as compensation for the distress caused by the embarrassing display of flowers we received, The Card that was attached was also a joke, the writing was so small it was barely readable (size 10 font) could they not get a programme to use a 'pretty' font (not Times Roman) and even use italics and make the words fill the gift card. One NOT happy customer.

I paid for delivery for flowers on a set day but they were delivered 2 days late and on the day after Mother's Day so my Mom, who lives 150 miles away, had no gift from me for the actual day. I emailed immediately and have yet to receive a response (9 days ago). There are many other companies available so don't risk your gift with a company that can't even acknowledge their mistake.

Only through yourselves as you was offering cash back via top ash back only to be declined after I ordered! Absolute disgrace will never use your service again

My Item was delivered 2 days, missing the special occasion the flowers were intended for. I emailed Bloomsing Gifts about this and haven't had a reply. Very annoying and disappointing. Don't use this company, there are plenty of others out there that will delivery your gift on time and respond to emails

I had a problem with the delivery of my purchase, for which I paid £7.99, and I couldn't get hold of anyone. Let 5 email messages and was left on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up due to 0845,number charges when I telephoned for help. Have still had none contact me until I was asked to rate them!! Don't use because if you do have a problem no one returns emails or answers the phone!!

I ordered for Mother's Day for 2 deliveries. One bunch of flowers got delivered without the chocolates and the flowers were half dead. Second bunch of flowers did not get delivered. Got a refund for the second delivery but no response on the first delivery after I sent a email. It has been over a week and I still waiting for a reply to my email. I will never order from yourselves again.

Joke! I believe when my mum received her flowers they were already dead, some had broken and I'm not happy with the order. She was absolutely gutted as they were nothing as I showed her they would be. I sent photos of this last week and haven't heard anything back, shocking I must say

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Blossoming Gifts. I paid for guaranteed next day delivery for some sympathy anniversary flowers for my mum, which clearly needed to arrive on the day. They did not. When they did arrive they were poor quality and looked nothing like the photo. I emailed and called the company but did not once get a response. I still to this day have not heard back.

Flowers weren't anything like I ordered! The roses came back almost dead and few snapped Lily's. The "just for mum" bunch I ordered was meant to have roses, Lily's and carnations but there was no carnations and the flowers I had was the wrong colour?! I wrote a email but never had a reply. Better off buying from tesco, cheaper & better quality!!
