“I had the most horrifying experience with Bloomsvilla. I selected some flowers, added my address and paid the amount. Once the money got deducted I got a notification saying that the address was not servicable and I had to give an alternate address. When I asked for refund, I was given a coupon!!!! What kind of fraud company is this? Pathetic!!! Also for the coupon, I had to follow up at least twice. Fraud!”

“This is the worst place to order anything. I have paid extra for the midnight delivery, which Ofcourse they didn’t. Worst part was, there was no intimation and we were supposed to leave the next day, thats why we needed the midnight delivery. No refund, no delivery. I don’t know how they are allowed to do business in this country. Running a fraud.”
