“Our experience with bloomsvilla was very disappointing.We paid extra money for the delivery for a specific day and time.but the order arrived 2 days before the requested day.The flowers were different and not written the message we requested to write on the cake.When we order something we want to make the recipient happy.But honestly it was very disappointing.”

1. Bloomsvilla chat/email customer support is unresponsive. They never provided status of my order so I was not sure if my order will be delivered or not.
2. I ordered a gems choco cake (order# BV23195852), but they delivered a different and a cheap one
3. The cake was not fresh. The taste was not good at all.
I sent them feedback, but they never responded or acknowledged.”
“Flowers were ordered online with a scheduled delivery date. No flowers were delivered on the scheduled date or later. On enquiry Customer service replied with non-acceptance of recipient without any concrete proof.
Looks like a expert modus operandi to scam online buyers.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bloomsvilla. I ordered pink flowers with a vase and a sticky note, but they sent only the flowers without the vase and the sticky note. To make matters worse, the flowers weren't even fresh. When I raised a complaint about this, their customer service claimed that the flowers were fresh but didn't address the missing vase and sticky note. What's the point of sending flowers without a message? I was highly unsatisfied with their delivery and their lack of response. I would not recommend using Bloomsvilla.”

“They will not deliver your order, take money in advance and customer service is not contactable. A customer service chat seems to be a bot. While ordering they will send link of tracking order and it will show that it is with the delivery partner and then no news at all. When you mail them and complaint about it, they will say it cannot be cancelled and it is non refundable. The funniest thing is I don't understand the phrase 'we cannot cancel it' when you don't receive the order first of all. Companies like this should be investigated and shut down because genuine hard earning people are the ones who actually try to buy plants to grow and take care of it and they get cheated like this online!!!!”

I unfortunately ordered last-minute rakhi hamper for my nephew in USA through this website while selecting the delivery date for 31-Aug-23. This delivery date selection enabled on the website is Fake as the package got delivered only today (08-Sep-23). Effectively, the whole purpose of gifting was defeated.
I will not be ordering through this website ever and would recommend others to desist ordering from Bloomsvilla.”
