“Was a little unhappy with update on website which never updated past step 1 - being prepared... Why have a website with this feature if not utilised. When you take responsibility for a group, ordering flowers for a friend and persuading them that you are dealing with a good florist, you expect to stand over that decision. I couldn't say that in this instance despite being happy with service previously. Delivering flowers at 5pm, although I believe they arrived later, is really too late at the end of a birthday day. Flowers while lovely had too much filler in them and not enough blooms as pictured in brochure. The staff and email. Response is good however. Sorry I can't give a better review on this occasion.”
