“I'm so disappointed. First of all, they made the delivery one day later than it was meant to and the flowers were completed different from the ones they showed in the advert (a few dead as well) Never trusting them again. Waste of money. I had them delivered to someone and im left completely embarrassed.”

“I ordered as a gift for my mother in May during lockdown for her birthday and she was overwhelmed by the bouquet. She was delighted with the delivery man who was diligent in ensuring it was delivered safely and said that it was packaged excellently for delivery. She sent me a photo and the bouquet was beautiful. Will definitely use this service again.”

“Have used Bloom Magic four times now and three deliveries went perfectly and flowers delivered were beautiful. There were a few problems with the fourth delivery but happy to say that these were sorted and beautiful flowers delivered, albeit late. Lisa from customer service really excellent in sorting the problems efficiently. Will definitely use BM again.”
