“I've received flowers from you in the past on several occasions, usually very good quality, lasting up to 2 weeks. Recently sent a gift, which were not so good, but you have responded positively to the complaint”

“Post box flowers arrived a little flat but quickly recovered once in water. Lovely bouquet, recipient very pleased (sent photo). I particularly like Bloom & Wild’s use of more unusual combinations of flowers & colour palette.”

“Flowers in the hand-tied bouquets seem to be better than the letter-box flowers. It would also be nice to have larger branches /amounts of eucalyptus - they seem to be too scanty compared to the pictures on the website. Otherwise, i have appreciated the flowers from Bloom&Wild.”

“Very easy to choose and order, and delivered on time and the flowers and biscuits were well received. The only downside was the delivery. I received emails to say the items were delivered but the items were placed behind a dustbin and no card put through the door. They were a surprise gift and only found because I rang up to ask. These gifts are not cheap to send so you would hope for a better delivery system.”

“As always the flowers were beautiful and the recipient was delighted. It is a very good product and service you provide. My only slight issue was that I got a little confused in the ordering online, but then I am old and rather technophobic. Well done B & W.”

“Easy to use on-line ordering system. The flowers arrived on the day specified. Lots of choice of bouquets of beautiful flowers and additional gifts. The person I sent the flowers to was delighted with them and said they arrived safely packed and in good condition. I haven't seen any of the flowers I have sent from Bloom and Wild myself (or been sent photos by recipient) so I can not judge if they were value for money which is the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5. However I have used the service several times based on the fact that the people I sent them to being delighted with them.”

“I sent these flowers for a very special occasion - to my mother in law on my late husbands birthday. The ordering was very easy and the flowers are lovely. My only quibble would be that they did not arrive until after 5pm and it would have been lovely if she could have received these much earlier in the day.”
