Easy to order, good delivery time, but very under whelmed with The flowers, looked a damn sight better on web site. Didn't get me any brownie points with the wife !!!!!

Flowers were a bit battered & flower food was placed at wet stems in box so had disintegrated.

I can't comment on how the flowers are, but I can comment on the ordering process, which took 2 of us over an hour each to try and order. The 1st time we spent ages putting together an order for 2 of our colleagues that are unwell. The money was taken from the account but received no order confirmation. We then contacted you, who had said that the order hadn't gone through. We then had to wait for a refund before we could then order again. The 2nd time we then spent ages putting it altogether, but the ordering process is 'clunky' and long winded. We had enough money to buy each colleague some flowers and a gift. However, you can't add to a 'basket' and have to 'send' but there are only 3 gifts that you recommend and none of them were what we wanted. So we had to order 1 bunch of flowers, complete delivery details etc. Then we had to go to the gifts, find one, complete delivery details etc. Then order another bunch of flowers, complete details, then go to gifts, and complete details. The best way would be to add your chosen flowers and gift to a basket and then complete details. We would have only had to do this twice instead of 4 times. I then ordered another bunch of flowers for someone who had just had a recent bereavement, so I then did it 5 times (unfortunately, the bereaved person went away so her flowers are just sitting on the porch, but that was my fault for not checking first). So I can't comment as to whether there was any damage to the parcels.

Flowers that I received for my birthday arrived in very poor shape. They were dry, twisted and shrivelled. When I called B&W these were immediately replaced with an apology. Why were these even despatched in the first place?

I’ve used Bloom & Wild a few times and have always been impressed with quality. But this last delivery did not meet my expectations for a £40 bouquet.

Service was good, but poor product. The flowers have started to turn brown after 3 days.

They were a day late and the message was confusing (to me). It seemed to suggest that the recipient should go and get them herself from the depot. Given she has just had a terrible death in the family, this wasn't appropriate. It worked itself out and the delivery was made the following day.

Having opened and arranged the peonies, 5 have opened beautifully & 1 has died in its sleep and not opened.

The ordering process is good . I’ve ordered before and been very happy with the flowers . This time however the flowers looked very sad on arrival ( I know they usually perk up fairly quickly ) The roses drooped and never recovered this time

Whilst the flowers once happily received were beautiful if a little wilted I was disappointed that the carrier - Royal Mail didn't manage to deliver until the 3rd day. On the day chosen for delivery the link on Bloom & Wild's email stated the flowers had been successfully delivered; they had not however we assumed that they must have been left with a neighbour. The recipient was home all day on the 2nd day, the link then stated nobody was home; she finally received them on day 3, telling me after an hour or two in water they revived themselves. I have never had an issue before but this soured my experience.

Used this company before & been delighted on my latest purchase I wasn’t impressed, paid more than usual even with the reduction my flower’s leaves had seen better days & the overall flowers weren’t as good as they have been so much so I won’t use again

Having ordered several times before, I unfortunately won't be ordering again. The last two orders were sadly sub par. The latest, this week, arrived on time, well packaged as usual, but the flowers just not up to standard. 5 days until the flowers have started to blossom but only half blooming and half dying at the same time. The accompanying leaves remained wilted from opening the box. Sadly the last order was of similar standard also, but knowing that my previous orders were wonderful I ordered again. The recipient of both orders has actually specifically asked me not to order from B&W again.

the flowers are holding up pretty well; I used another service 2 years ago and I was a bit disappointed about the range of flowers in the bouquet. they are very standard: sunflower, rose, carnation, some yellow I don't know the name of and a lot of green filling branches. maybe I should have chosen another bouquet. will check the variety on the website again. delivery was on on time.

The flowers looked beautiful on the website . But they were delivered a day late . If it is meant for a special occasion then that would be of no use. And looked a bit dull and lack lustre when they arrived . Hope the service improves

Disappointing delivery service - flowers were ordered in good time Wednesday early afternoon with 95% guarantee they would be delivered the following day - when I went to track on royal mail they had been received early hours of the Thursday morning in Manchester but were not delivered until late Friday afternoon Not sure I will use Blooma dn Wild again

The flowers were left outside my friend’s house After a very warm rest on her doorstep (her words) she took them in and they did revive. I thought I said that if no one in, leave with a neighbour. Not sure really
