I contacted bloom & wild and they immediately sent a replacement with their DPD next day service. I was so pleased with the whole process and the customer service and flowers are both 10/10. “This is an amazing company! I'm a British ex-pat living in Canada and I order flowers for UK family from the Letterbox selection. Not only are the flowers delivered on time, the arrangements are absolutely lovely and last a really long time. The attached photo is from my most recent order. The choices are all beautiful and priced very reasonably. In fact, I find it cheaper and more straightforward to send flowers in the UK than here in Ontario! The very idea of sending flowers through the mail over here would be laughable given our postal service. Thanks again, I definitely recommend you, and will be back next time I need to surprise someone!”

“I live in Australia and I came across Bloom & Wild on @SophFloyd's Instagram where she had posted a picture of her miniature Christmas tree. My Gran lives in the UK and I immediately knew I had to get one for her. I chose the Jingle Bells tree and it was delivered the next day! My Gran absolutely loved the surprise.
