I'm afraid my experience wasn't great. I know I put the recipient's name but when I checked out it had substituted my name for the recipient. I tried to change this immediately but as my email wasn't checked until 5 hours later I was told nothing could be done. I have not heard from the recipient so have no idea how nice the flowers were or even if they arrived. This is concerning because the recipient is the sort of person who would always send thanks, as this is a surprise gift it would be rude to ask. I was given a voucher in my account but as my experience was not great I doubt I will be using it. I am now inundated with emails encouraging me to order more, I do wish companies would not automatically add you to a mailing list without asking permission first. I have unsubscribed and yet they still keep coming.

Lovely idea, and very quick delivery. But when it arrived the tree was very misshaped, and no matter how much ‘zuzshing’ couldn’t get out. And also the main root has been cut, so no chance of us being able to replant it after Christmas

Very disappointed after paying extra for early delivery ( before noon) as we were going out to lunch for my partner’s birthday. They never arrived and we had to cancel lunch. They didn’t Arrive until the next day. Very disappointing.

The fee was much smaller than I thought with too many oversized decorations. The lights and star on top redeemed it. Very disappointing and overpriced.

I’ve ordered a few times in the past and have always been happy with the bouquets but my most recent order has been really disappointing. I ordered the flowers for myself and they arrived on time and in bud as usual - good start. I then followed the instructions to trim stems and remove roses guard petals, used the flower food etc but by day 2 or 3 the small purple flowers were already so dry they were crumbling off and now on day 7 the roses have still never fully opened and have just looked a bit sad. It certainly doesn’t look like a £50 bouquet unfortunately and makes me think twice about ordering again - particularly if I was sending to someone else.

I ordered 2 letterbox flowers, at the same time, 1 was delivered on time and the flowers were very pretty. The second flowers did not arrive for 2 days and were delivered a few houses away, they should have been posted through the letter box as requested. I was very disappointed with the company as they did not even acknowledge my complaint email, just kept saying they had been delivered. The flowers were not very good and I will certainly never use this company again.

When first got and placed in the vase the flowers seemed fine except the roses where already opening when said they would be buds and take two days to start now five days from delivery the roses are dead and falling not good for the price paid sadly will not use again

The bouquet - The Camilla is extremely small for £60 so beware. The roses were also brown. Not worth £60 at all. £20 at a push. I think you're paying for the name and the nice brown box. I do not normally complain but I'm very disappointed. They were purchased for a colleague and delivered to the office and I was quite embarrassed. Not heard a response from Bloom & Wild yet but it has only been a few days.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us, although I am so sorry to hear your initial disappointment. The bouquet arrives quite tightly wrapped and the stems need a bit of time to rehydrate and fully perk up. Please note that we leave the guard petals on the roses (the older outer green/brown petals) so they are protected during transit but they can absolutely be removed gently on arrival. I wasn't able to locate any previous emails from you in our inbox and I'm so sorry about this. I've ordered flowers several times from Bloom & Wild and this time was for my partner's birthday. Whilst I've generally been satisfied in the past, this time I was disappointed with both the size of the bouquet for the money. It also didn't awaken that well from its slumber and lasted around a week only, less than some supermarket flowers my partner also received. I am not sure whether I would order again or just visit a local flower shop.

Very disappointed. I ordered on Monday 2nd October for my Mums 88th birthday on Sunday 8th October. The Royal Mail do not appear to deliver on a Sunday. If I had known when ordering it was Royal Mail I would have not ordered. This would never have happened with Interflora who I will go back to.

Hello Abigail, We're so sorry about this delivery delay, although I can confirm Royal Mail does deliver on Sundays. Our free delivery service can occasionally take 2 days to deliver, as mentioned on our website, but we are so sorry if this wasn't clear. We also have a guaranteed delivery service with DPD if the flowers are sent for a date sensitive occasion like a birthday. I'd already left a review but have been asked to leave another. Even though I ordered 3 days before the required date my flowers were late. The response from customer service was that I should have opted for the paid guaranteed delivery. I explained I would have done had the possibility of late delivery not been played down so much by the company literature i.e. 94% delivered on time and very rarely late. Still no reason why the delivery was late and clearly it's the customers fault as usual for not making the right choice. Surely ordering 3 days in advance should have given the company enough time to prepare.

Ordered flowers for a my aunts 80th birthday . You have delivered flowers to her on several occasions before but for sone reason this time the courier said either the letter box was too small or no were to put them . Really disappointed and won’t be using your service again

Delivery was fine but we did exactly as the instructions said for the flowers (cut stems at an angle, topped up water, kept out of direct sunlight) and they started to wilt and die 2 days after arrival.
