“I've ordered a couple of blinds 2.4m on 1.8m and wanted to return the blinds. Tuiss did not accept any return or credit. Their only answer was: "it's been manufactured and there are no returns". Do not waste your money, there are many other options out there...”

“Roman blinds are very thin, let in loads of light and look cheap light brown instead of lush grey. Customer service useless - tried to sell me more blinds.”

“i have ordered plantation shutters,even though i have confirmed my window requirements they sent me wrong frames which caused me financial loss while taking order too they put more windows than requested”
