“The roller mechenism, for the price could have been better. That said the finish is of a high quality. Could of benefited by having instructions to fit the blind. None were included. Happy with this product and service would use again.”

“Quality, price and function are excellent. Only thing that let them down was advising despatch and Courier advising the same and then cancelling this and having to wait another 2 weeks. I would use them again but consider their delivery times on the slow side.”

“We purchased the Perfect fit blinds for our kitchen which are wonderful. Easy to fit and look amazing. Looking back the only think I would have done differently would be to get a sample of the blinds as they are much much lighter than I thought.”

“Bind is great quality, the perfect size and easy to fit. Unfortunately the communication of Blinds 2go is pretty poor. They are happy to take your money, then they do nothing to set your expectations in terms of delivery. Just really vague dates that bear no resemblance to the actual experience. It's not hard to keep customers updated, if there are delays tell us proactively. Set our expectations. Great product soured by poor customer experience.”

“Great quality, ordered my first blind start of the year this came within 5 days... So was really pleased but then my second blind took 7 weeks to come... This was very disappointing as it was for my child's bedroom to stop the light coming in”

“The mechanism is good. Thermal lining not as thick as expected. Plastic clip broke during fitting. The Roman blinds fabric is not the quality I expected for the price.”

“The blinds look lovely but the fitter had problems getting them up and staying up because the clips were not very binding. Out of 7 blinds two have now fallen down so we are scared to pull them up and down which seems weird”

“Had a few issues in that the blinds size were a bit too small but only marginally but this made the blinds difficult to fix. The quality is good but delivery is a bit slow. The pricing is good but they could be better.”

“Perfect fit blinds absolutely gorgeous, I bought 3 for patio doors, 1 of them had the cords twisted so took about 2 hours to fit, the other 2 were fine so took about 15 mins x love them”

“Lovely blinds but the customer service is really bad, never come when they say I didn’t even receive a message on the day they came we’re just left outside again!! Not very good and don’t keep in touch with you!! Really needs to improve!!”

“Thé blinds themselves are a very good quality, but found the fitting a real pain. The video shows it as very easy. It took us at least 2 hours or more to fit two blinds. Then the clips keep coming off or the top drops down. I find I have to be very careful each time I pull them that the whole blind doesn’t fall down. The fittings seem to be very flimsy. I can’t see them lasting.”

“Blind very good quality. Delivery not so good. Appreciate that it’s not down to blinds 2 go with the delivery being a day or 2 late but UPS poor, especially in the north of Scotland.”
