Ordered shades which were installed in January - two different kinds which cost us thousands of dollars. After less than six weeks, one of the shades would not stay up. I contacted the company, repeatedly, on the phone and via email, and received no response for three weeks (understandable due to the pandemic). I finally reached someone who told me that I would have to bring in the broken shade for repair. They would not replace it. So, I will have to have a window in my bedroom without a shade for who knows how long while it is repaired. This window faces the street and a street light. How is that supposed to work for us? When I told the rep that, I got the party line that they do not replace shades. This is ridiculously unacceptable. Not only will they not take out a shade they put in (I was told they would talk me through taking it down), but they will not replace a shade that is clearly defective and probably was from the beginning as it lasted barely six weeks. Secondly, we had a radiator burst and one of the new shades was stained. I put in a claim to my insurance but had to jump through hoops to get the price for the one shade from Blinds2Go. The rep would not give me the information or could not be bothered to look it up. The insurance rep had to call them to get that info. Avoid this company. Their customer service absolutely stinks. So do some of the shades.

I measured my blinds wrong got the width and height mixed up. The height was so short most would have recognised something must be wrong. It would have been nice if someone could have just contacted me to double check the measurements.

Our first order of Roman blinds were great no issues they fitted perfectly i then ordered bifold blinds these they dont tell you are s very loose fitting and have to be adjusted on a daily basis. We now have conservatory blinds They are much better quality and do not require daily adjust to stay open! Trying to get a refund wAs difficult as you dont deal with one person you have to run through the issues everytime! You also have to add Photos that require several people to assist when your alone with you g children this isn't helpful! Plus the blinds wouldnt stay in place and we were in lockdown so i couldnt get anyone to help take these measurements the only helper i had was a 3 yo! I have always bought blinds from blinds 2 go and this is my first issue i have had with the service and quality! If you have bi folds do not buy the bifold blinds they are poor quality and not the best design for moving doors! They are held in with a piece of plastic that ruins the rubbers in the doors!

I ordered 2 blinds the only difference being was the colour. There was a delay in supplying these due to the corona virus which I understand. However, there was a several week delivery in time scale between the two blinds arriving. The first one arrived and was well designed and made, however when the second one arrived it was obviously to a different design and I suspect a different supplier. The material and fixings were to a totally different specification to the first blind. Whilst the second blind is OK it is different to the first blind and slightly inferior.

Good quality blinds, quick delivery and a reasonable price. But, despite putting accurate measurements in to the website, the blinds did not come as per the measurements and were too short for the windows. Based on that I would not use the company again.

There were certain problems with my shutters. The plates on the frame that receive the magnetic catch were positioned in the wrong place on the left hand side of the frame. I had to drill new holes and move the plates around 15mm so that the catches lined up correctly. I now have 2 holes in the frame where the old plates were. Also the centre mullion was not pre-drilled as described in the instructions.

When the ordered arrived it had a different fabric name - there is no reference to this name on their website, it looks different to the website, but they assure me it's the same...??? If that is the case I am not sure why the name was not on their website or any the order confirmation emails - so either poor customer service or they sent me the wrong material, I'm not sure! Approach with caution....

Delivery of our shutter was early so good. The frame was well made and easy to fit but the shutters themselves were poorly made and badly fitted, being a carpenter I was able to make the best of a poor job because I could not go through returning etc for just one window.

says free delivery over £179, but won't give free delivery on a £186 order as that includes the £8 postage

The blinds look good but we ordered 5 and 2 of them are extremely squeaky when rolling up and down.

We received the first set of blinds with a ripped box, then when we opened it one of the blinds had a dent and scratches. Then I send an email to Blinds 2go two times but never even received a reply to my email. I was ignored like I didn't even exist. We kept the blind because our kitten was bare so people were able to look in when going past so we really needed it and kept.

Had several.sets of the same blinds and they were spot on Just had 12 new blinds delivered and the quality has been compromised No.where near as good

Ordered 4 big faux Venetian blinds so quite a lot of money spent. The ordering process and delivery was fine and quality seems good but 3 out of the four blinds are at least 30mm too long so they don’t sit nicely in the recess of the window but want to hang outside and below the cill. When I put them in the window recess they bunch up and don’t shut fully at the bottom. The fourth blind fits perfectly in the window cill, looks very neat and is how I want them all to look. It only goes to highlight the imperfections of the other 3. The company are trying to tell me it’s because of ‘ the bottom bar adjustment slat rule‘ but this was never mentioned in the ordering process, I was told to measure the aperture size which I did but the products delivered are between 30 and 50 mm longer. Can anyone advise me?

INV. No.B27358202WB Retired Electric/mechanical engineer 1/should of been Friday delivery ups 2/ arrived Thursday, no notification of date being changed Not Tracking update Left ( out in the rain) In back garden.. 3/ no packing slip Or delivery details So I didn’t know which model to investigate 4/ no part numbers( not even TOP/ BOT/ LEFT/Right 5/ Up /Down cords “disgracefully tied in a prehistoric loop knot” Last curl. Of knot ( obviously keep tight to prevent damage.. in transit.) Took 1 3/4 hours to undo.. 6/ pictures show cords going down Natural Channels NOT SO 7/ clips in double glazing do not make allowances for Out of Square or Distorted doors. 8/ when I look at your site .. for help I find a very wide range/ selection but it doesn’t help when your trying to follow advice WHICH ONE ?? WHY are a Range if 20/30 models equal about £25 And we paid over £95 9/ we need to order 2/3 more batches About 10 units in all But I’m very dubious And I thought before making my next purchases - I would give you a chance to remedy { see you’ve had Thousands Of Referals} Don’t malty this a place for your complacency .. mick Corcoran

My click on blind had no instructions, nothing seems to fit and don't know what to do with it. At least I got the measurement right. Fortunately I only ordered the one blind for my bi folds and not my whole requirements.

My blinds were not what I expected size wise. I gave an exact measurement as required on order but was told when phoning to ask why that they make them Smaller so required to put wood into the the recess so they will fit. Also they had marks on them and when trying to sponge it off and shown on video when buying, they now have a water mark. Please advise why and what I can do? Regards Ruth Priestley

Do not like the fixing brackets you supply now these are the ones that go on the ends prefer the brackets that clip in much easier to drill and fix to recesssess still rate your blinds though

I did not have a bad experience but the system is not good. I am not kept informed about the progress, I have to check myself the website. I would expect to get better informed about the delivery date. The product is good
