Really disappointed. They look really cheap and the fittings were so difficult to use. The measurements were not very precise and we have huge gaps around the edge. The measurements we sent were exact and they say they work it all out. They did a really bad job

Ordered blinds - came half a cm to short on the width. Sent 9 photos and still not happy to collect and refund. Offered a 20% refund but THE BLINDS DONT FIT! Giving up and going to a proper bespoke place which we should have done in the fist place. We will be out of pocket but will chalk it up to experience

Recently bought three blinds for the front of my house only to find when installed that the tapes on the small bedroom are much closer together (looks like a prison cell!) than the two larger ones. They only had to make an identical layout but smaller version of the other two. Doesn't mention this on their site and customer support told me it was impossible to do! Avoid avoid avoid!

Never buy vertical blinds from them. The quality and service are extremely poor! if you want to waste your time and money then it's the perfect place to go, but definitely not for the blinds.

Would have zero stars if an option , Ordered two sets for french windows ,with cords split stack . Arrived with wands that go to the floor (not what was ordered) Spoke and emailed assured new set would be made as ordered with cords (one window cord to left other window cord to right )waited ,order arrived exactly the same as the first .Angry doesn’t cut it . Was assured on a Friday morning correct set would be made and be out for delivery the following Monday ,requested to speak with someone for customer service . Monday came no blinds ,Assured that the blinds would be with me that week and made to original specifications. Blinds arrived :disappointed yet again ,cords present but not on sides requested ,blinds don’t shut correctly, they are up but not as expected and poor quality, Telephone conversation from customer service ,who have offered to try and correct them . Do you know what after three attempts and they can’t get the order right I can’t trust them yet again . Compensation offered miserly 20% refund ,( which accepted as can’t be bothered with arguing with them any more )well that won’t cover the cost of having them made by another company ,but can’t be bothered with blinds to go any more . Advice by your blinds from someone else . One very disappoint customer

The blinds I got were impossible to fit. I called the helpline who were not helpful. I sent emails to them& thus wasn't useful. I watched videos. The blinds are complicated to fit into the bracket, which can ruin your interior. Therefore I have been unable to use the blinds& it is a waste of money. Many others have had the same experience, from the YouTube videos& reviews

I thought I would be writing a 5 star review based upon their price & quality but I have found their customer service & after sales support totally lacking. I purchased 5 perfect fit-blinds & 3 did exactly that & fitted perfectly but the brackets for the other 2 were not deep enough. I contacted Customer Service via chat & sent emails. I had to chase up the emails to get a response. I sent photos to show I had measured correctly & the only response I kept getting was ‘they should fit’, but they didn’t! They advised that I needed to purchase deeper brackets from another company. I spent hundreds of pounds buying blinds from Blinds 2 Go & to find 2 did not fit & told that there is nothing at all they could do for me & I had to purchase the correct fittings from elsewhere was so disappointing. They didn’t even offer a refund of the cost of the brackets from the other company. What I would say of Blinds 2 Go is - I’m sure they are great if everything is ok but if you need their customer support at all then forget it!

Sent wrong length of runners and had a nightmare dealing with their custom services 7 different individuals and numerous e mails .. shame because decent product. But really need to train their staff

Ordered £445 worth of blinds on August 2nd and paid extra to have them next day express. Received one blind on the 5th August and got an email saying the other 6 blinds were delayed and would be despatched 13th August. Yesterday received another email saying the 6 blinds were futher delayed and would now be despatched week commencing 23rd August. We are putting our house on the market and need these blinds prior to any viewings so 23rd August is totally unacceptable. Phoned customer services and asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They say that they cannot confirm cancellation for 2 days and accept no responsibility for the 3 week + delay. I need confirmation the order has been cancelled and that I will get my money back so that I can order the blinds elsewhere. A very unprofessional company where customer is treated like a mug.

Nightmare- Don't waste your money! Nightmare- Dont waste your money! I bought 2 vertical blinds and the delivery took much more time than expected! I organised (and paid) to a handyman came to my flat to install and for my surprise when he opened the open the box was: 1) missing 1 blind 2) one rail has a dent 3) one rail is faulty and mechanism does not run through the track I called, send several emails to blind, send pics and the costume service don’t replay and help me! I waste money because I payed for the handyman visit and also waste money with blinds2go because they dont replay, dont send new blinds, dont refund and dont give me compensation NIGHTMARE!! avoid buy in blinds2go!!

I Placed an order for nine blinds on 15 May 2021 and advised Anticipated Dispatch Date - 14/06/2021. On 27 may 2021 was advised Anticipated Dispatch Date - 16/06/2021 On 15 June 2021 advised quote ‘We have noticed that our estimated dispatch date has now overrun. Because of this, we have sent a request through to production for an update. The production unit has been in touch to advise that this will be with you either tomorrow or Thursday’ On 16 June advised quote ‘We are sorry to notify you but sadly we are going to be delayed in delivering your order. We are currently waiting for new stock of the Cordoba Blackout Beige Roller Blind to be delivered to us but this has unfortunately been delayed. Your order is expected to be dispatched in the week commencing 28th June at the latest, however it is possible that we will be able to improve upon this date as the stock often arrives earlier than the scheduled date’ I traced the order on ‘MY ORDER’ section of their email, Estimated dispatch date 01 July 2021 I replied to this email with no response I called customer service and was told that my order would not be dispatched until END OF JULY and was told it was not possible to speak to a manager and I would have to wait 48 hours for a response. I cancelled the order, hope my refund is faster than their production.

Blinds by Stevie Wonder!! Used this company previously without a problem but this time, a total mess. Ordered 4 lots of twin blinds as soon as we exchanged contracts on our new house, moved in 10 days later, seems from these people it takes ages for delivery, 3 weeks (later found out other companies are much quicker). Went to put them up and the blinds were too narrow. Checked my measurements 3 times and they were ordered correctly. Contacted customer service on 11 June and had standard reply, photos of everything despite sending some when I reported the problem. They seen to take at least 2 days to respond and said they were made correctly (shame they don’t fit!!) but offered me 50% off if I reordered. Told them no, wasn’t prepared to wait another 3 weeks and was going elsewhere and leaving negative review. Finally (after we had ordered from another company) they came back offering to supply new blinds free, too late by this time. I told them again to arrange collection of the blinds as they were not fit for purpose or as ordered, different customer service person said replacements would take 10-14 WORKING days but may be quicker. New blinds ordered on 7.00pm 17th June, delivered 28th June, 9 CALANDER days and they fit!! Now we can enjoy our new home without cardboard at the windows, no thanks to Blinds2go!!

The blinds didn’t fit right and there was a pinhole in one of them. Despite being blackouts the light shines through. A waste of money!!

Customer service was horrendous I did not receive a response to 3 emails sent to them. When I was finally acknowledged (following a Trustpilot review) they denied ever receiving my emails and were not able to satisfy my request.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I AM STILL AWAITING MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED 2 MONTHS AFTER PLACING IT AND HAVE BEEN TOLD IT HAS NOW BEEN PUSHED BACK A FURTHER 3 WEEKS!! I HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD IT WILL TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered on 7th May, and every time I look at my order it has moved another 7 days - contacted customer services also emailed, one operative told me that it may be drivers having breaks, another told me it would definitely be dispatched last Tuesday at the latest, so dispatch has been moved on 21 days in total so far - still waiting
