Blinds were nice but on the smaller one the pull was too short and difficult to reach.

Generally reasonable looking blinds, but perhaps a bit too budget. 1 of 3 blinds purchased failed, locking mechanism a bit temperamental, middle brackets a bit weak, pelmet strip previously secured by velcro but that secure. Privacy policy also not great - auto opt-in to marketing, and not clear during ordering - and failed to reply to an email objecting to that.

The Blind was fine but the fixing was difficult. All the Blinds I have had in the past were easy to fix but the present ones leave a lot to be desired Sorry!

More thought is needed when customers order a large blind. Mine was 1.6M wide and 2M long, making it pretty weighty. The brackets supplied are fine for an average blind, but the pitiful screw holes are not going to take this weight easily, I ended up using 4 screws per side. Seeing as it's 2M long it's obvious it will be up high, so fitting a standard length chain is pointless, longer blinds need longer chains. The weight bar at the bottom is just a piece of plastic strip, and mine looks like it was hacked from a longer length with someone's pocket saw (see pic), it's rough and isn't even cut straight. There is nothing to stop this strip slipping out when handling the blind before fitting, it needs end caps, and to be honest why isn't there any, it's an obvious design function. The blind material is of good quality, and the winding mechanism works just fine but struggles to wind 2M of material, bigger blinds need a more robust winder. These are things that should have been thought about long ago by Blinds2go.

Blinds nice, but were cut much bigger than measurements sent, had to cut some off which we were not happy with as could not get them looking as neat

Spent over a thousand pound on 19 blinds Only one had a bad scratch I phoned them up and they sent a few parts to replace the blind parts Now it drops from the top of the window and they are not interested Go elsewhere and pay a little more for better service

Can't fault the blinds and service, but they need to change their couriers. My parcel was left several miles away at a shop which has double yellow lines outside and where there is nowhere to park nearby. The shop staff didn't seem to know what they were doing either.

I have ordered many blinds of varying types fro. Blinds to go over the year and up till now have been delighted will all their products. This time I ordered vertical blinds for a large window which meant that they where supplied as two pieces, which was fine, except when rotating the slats they fabric side of the blind for each piece are pointing in different directions, meaning that half the blind show the printed fabric and the other half blackout. Hugely disappointing.

On the whole the ease of ordering was good but I have to say I was a little disappointed with the quality of the blinds the actual blinds where are okay but the cords seemed flimsy and the toggle on end plastic that fell apart as I tried to close the blind it was a shame as I have had blinds before which were fine.

Delivery did take a really long time. I ordered roman blinds which take a long time to put up and down but happy with the quality

Not fitted yet but the fitting bracket looks nothing like the bracket shown in the PDF attached!! Hopefully I’ll figure it out... it’s a small rectangular box with one face missing and a hinged short end Presumably to slide the blind into and close the hinged end over.. will comment further when it’s fitted (hopefully)

a Little disappointing. i bought blinds for my bi-fold doors last year and they were great. this year i tried to get matching blinds for my windows (who does not want matching blinds, basic requirement i would have thought) unfortunately i could only get them for 1 of my 2 windows (the second window was 2cm to narrow). i called looking for help picking an alternate, but the agent was no too helpful. she was very polite but essentially could not answer my questions or offer advice over ordering some samples and me deciding. i did this, could not find matching color so had to accept a similar (but not the same) color. to add insult to injury, my new blinds came and there is a nasty plastic piece on each corner that has a different shade to the rest of the frame and sticks out like a saw thumb (i didn't even want a frame, i wanted similar to my bi-folds) but it was not clear in the pictures on the the web site there was a frame or nasty plastic corner pieces (how did you manage to hide that so well in your pictures?), and in the absence of any recommendation on the phone with their agent, i had to just take a chance..... lesson learned :-(

I was very pleased with the price and the quality but after a couple of weeks of light use the blind has a problem. When closing the blind from right to left the vertical pieces go so far and then part company with each other. I am going to have a look at fixing it myself.

Good blackout quality and a great colour. Delivered on expected date. Disappointed that the backing fabric is what you see on the roll, not the front. Looks cheap. 😞

Service good. This is our second order and on both occasions the name of the colour bore no resemblance to the ones we ordered from the website. However the shade was near enough for us to accept them. Although for the vertical blinds we measured precisely as instructed by the website and checked this many times the rail did not fit as we believe no allowance was made for the second control wheel as the width had to be covered by a pair of tracks resulting in us having to use our original single track rail with the new blinds.

Love the colour and the thickness, just very stiff when using it. Only opens one way

I have placed two separate orders with Blinds 2go over the past few months. On both occasions the delivery date slipped more than once. The service seems a little on the slow side. The first blind for a small office window was well made and fits well. The second blind, a blackout allows much more light than expected in around gaps at the side and top. The blind itself seems to be well made.

2 blinds were the wrong size and to send them back was a pain. Not happy about that
