Ordered shutters last week, following the measuring guide. Measured without making deductions. Blinds have arrived cut to a different length than the ones ordered. They look ridiculous with a total of 10mm gap. Contacted Blind2go who have offered us a derisory 50% off our next order with them. A product has been delivered which does not match our size order or description and yet no refund is being offered. We had booked a carpenter to fit the blinds, who couldn't due to the wrong sizing, at our own cost. Will be pursuing a refund and compensation from small claims court. Advice: stay away from this company if you would like bespoke shutters that match the description ordered.

The screws are tiny and impossible to plug into our concrete top. the blind stacks are thin cheap and Nast the top one has already bend on day one. This is the second disappointing blind we have had from Blinds to Go. Why I let my wife talk me into going back I do not know

We ordered click fit blinds for our bi-fold doors because nowhere does is say that you shouldn’t buy them for them. As a result we spent over 600 on blinds we can’t use. They then made us pay extra for blinds that can be used on the doors. Very very aggressive customer service when something is not right. I would not use again. Change your videos to show the clips on the blinds because then people would know they won’t work with bifolds. Or write on the blurb that they are not for bifolds. Very simple solution.

I bought 4 blinds from this company and none of them work properly, pull the slat cord and they get jammed every time. Sorry i don't usually complain but these blinds are not good.

Would never purchase a blind from this company again. I purchased2 blinds one didn’t work and the other after a short time the string snapped. I only pulled them up to clean the windows so it’s not as if they were pulled up frequently. Emailed a few times and they just told me to take it down and how to fix it also said nothing about the strings. I’d have them 6 months and they said the blind is not faulty. My dad had the blinds and they snapped also. I wouldn’t give them any stars if I didn’t have to.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an order on 5th August 22. I wasn’t too concerned or bothered by the wait time of approx 3-4 weeks as they made to order. Upon receiving the perfect fit blinds. One of them was damaged with marks on one of the slats. We had ordered 2 as they fit the exact window panes and needed 2 for said window. They sent a replacement in approx 3 weeks, good customer service but the exact the same issue on the new blind. At this point I was pretty frustrated that the same had happened. What happed to quality control? Especially on a replacement order. They offer either another replacement or £25 compensation. I asked for another replacement as the. £25 won’t work for me as I’m either stuck with a defective blind or having to folk out more money to another company to replace both blinds. The 2nd replacement arrived and this one is worse than before. I am currently waiting to see what they offer, I’d love the blinds to be just right but not got much hope. I wish I had gone to blinds direct and will be in the future.

Don't order the quick fit ones. We ordered three blinds in 2022 with the quick install lever design. One rail was supplied with separate metal gripper ends. The others were missing these additions. One blind broke on installation; the lever snapped. None of the blinds would stay up during use of the pulley, falling or slipping down the wall. One was so bad I had to screw it in. My house is 11 years old and the plaster is smooth like new. One fell down when used by an Airbnb guest. After complaining, the company explained that the quick install design is new and still being developed. I was sent the latest version of rail but the instructions were for the old version. Apparently, the metal gripper ends are now built-in and you need to remove the rubber end to expose it, but this was not in the instructions and they confused the matter by sending one pair of individual grippers (obviously their own packers don't understand). The blinds still keep falling down and will all need screwing in. They have taken up around 10 hours of my time so far, fitting, emailing support, talking to people and writing bad reviews. They will only refund 15% of the order price, despite admitting all their faults and costing me time. I would not have chosen their product if I knew it would cost this much time, and I still have yet to take them all down and screw them into the wall. I'm a real person, you can Google me, I usually leave good reviews. I also run a company and used to work in customer services. This was not a good experience.

Used this company a couple of times . Just purchased wooden plantation blind £578 easy to put together BUT on righthand side screws were in frame at a strange angle! Left hand side was fine ! Handy man had to re screw rh side n use the beading to hide so nothing to see !! On contacting blinds to go I was advised this was all normal as the beading was there to hide imperfections!! So it didn't matter if screws were wrong!! In fact they said screws wernt wrong!! Odd as the others side was fine ?? Advised of 10% refund but it never came !! Won't be using again as £578 is too much for something that's not quite right !!!!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Literally will not process a refund despite having gone through their ridiculous process of sending pictures from every angle. We bought the 'perfect fit' blinds, and they are far from 'perfect'. The fixing sits on top of the window frame and so has to be an exact measurement - ours was off by more than 1 cm meaning it simply doesn't fit. Called to ask for a refund as we wanted to consider other potential options and they asked for proof. After sending proof via photos, they said 'the photos weren't to their specifications'. We then sent another set of pictures to their specifications and they again said that the pictures 'weren't to their specifications', despite them clearly showing the frame is too large based on the width we gave. They simply don't do refunds and will do whatever it takes to keep your money - make sure to read their T&C's before you buy anything from them, as you might get stuck with a bunch of useless cheap looking plastic blinds like we did. I'm now £120 worse off with a pile of scrap which will have to be binned. Horrible service - what happened to putting the customer first???

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed customer. Please be careful before you order if you have non standard window. The measurement guide company gives you is wrong. I have a window of which on the bottom I have skirting, company require you to provide smallest measurements of three places you measure - top, middle and bottom. Which I have provided. For example my smallest was 127.3 and widest 135.5 which is huge different- I have adhere what they asked and provided 127.3, however, the blind it self came as 122.5 as they included the frame without even giving me option - comment box to say that my top measurements are huge different. So in result the blind is now not covering my window fully. My only fault is for following their guide. I have contacted them and they only offer discount on second set. I already paid over 200 pound just for two blinds and followed anything company asked me to follow to provide correct details. Unfortunately they do not agree that their guide is misleading and want me to order new set of blinds and just give me a discount for it. I have used blinds-direct before and received great customer care but not Blind 2 go. Still have pretty few windows to cover and definitely would not go Blind 2 go again. This company only cares how to make money and absolutely not caring about customer satisfaction. Misleading guides makes company more money.

Placed an order for blinds 7 weeks ago, only to be told there is a delay in production, twice. 1* review until someone reaches out and tells me realistically when these will be manufactured and delivered. This is a fairly standard blind, spoke to agent on phone and told you are waiting for paint. Had good experiences in the past, but will probably look for a more reliable supplier in future now.

Have bought venetian blinds from your company well made good price and prompt delivery. Thought I'd buy roller blinds from you as well. Wrong decision. Ordered blinds took 4weeks to come fitted them found they were to short. Phoned your company they apologised and said they would send me a replacement, delivery took another 5 weeks. Just fitted them up again and found out they are narrower than the first blinds not a lot but had to move brackets again and refit.To say I'm a bit cheesed off with your company is a bit of an understatement no apoligie or any sort of refund. Won't recommend to anyone or buy again.

Poor customer experience. I bought from the perfect fit range and is part of the no drill range. After the product arrived in a faulty state, customer service actually recommended taking out a drill, not to drill the wall, but to drill holes into the frame itself to solve a problem they themselves created by either failing to think about the product itself or by failing to check the quality before it was sent to a customer. Customer service has been very disjointed and poor and won't seem to accept their errors.

Please do not be fooled by this company. They have 4*+ reviews as they cherry pick their reviews. I purchased 2 VEXLUX replacement blinds from them on the premise that they fit and they are easy to install. That was a lie! The company has put it down to user error but 3 people have tried to fit the side panels that come the the product and still no avail. The company refuse to acknowledge it is anything but user error but if you have been through the installation guide and the troubleshooting guide several times with different people, then we have to start to look at the product itself. Is it really made for this window, the quality is questionable and suggesting that it’s a replacement when clearly it doesn’t fit is daylight robbery. Now i am out £118 with blinds that are half hung or not at all.

If I could give 0, then I would. This company is a joke. I ordered a blind on 21st April and today is 23rd of April, still no delivery. I phoned them again again, they lept saying, yes they will deliver it on Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday, then Monday.. Nothing. They blame UPS. Then send it with another company. We are at home, our bell is working, no one tried to deliver an item, no one left a card. We had no issues with deliveries from other companies, only this one! No, I won't order from them and I don't advise anyone to do so, unless they want to waste their time keep phoning to this company and dealing with their very unhelpful customer agents. Now I have to wait for UPS to return the item to them so that I can receive my refund.

Received faux wood blinds and I’m very disappointed with the quality.The was box wasn’t damaged they arrived in. Large scratch on the bottom slat , pelmet damaged and chip on another slat . Sent a message via email but no reply as yet.

Paid an extra £10 for next day delivery, as I missed the cut off for that by 5 minutes (not made aware despite calling them) I did not get them. I called and because I missed the cut off they advised it now takes 3 days to get them. Basically, had I ordered them the following day and paid the next day delivery i would have got them sooner. Utter shambles, even the agent said it makes no sense but it is what it is. Shocking business, do not deal with them.
