Our customer services team are experienced and well-trained and offer a high standard of service. I do believe you had ordered the wrong size of grille and they advised you correctly and efficiently on how to return your order for a refund, which allows you to reorder the correct size.

“Refused to refund defective fan so I had to buy another despite having clear proof of purchase. The fan itself is fine but the 5 year guarantee is a fantasy.”

Hello, I have looked into this for you and see only one very recent purchase on our system for you which suggests your original purchase may have been through a third party and not ourselves. If that is the case the third party should resolve the issue with you and then return the fan to us for a credit. “Excellent service. I ordered late Thursday evening and arranged next ( working) day delivery hence didn’t expect the item until Monday, but it arrived Saturday morning which was excellent- items ordered are of good quality with excellent e mail communication throughout.”

“0 stars if that was possible!!! I agree with the last few 1* reviews below. This company/products & customer service are one of the worst I have come across. Customer service Hide behind a email adress and never give you a name. My extractor started making clicking sounds which progressively got worse and started to get sparks, YES sparks in a bathroom extractor!! They state a 5yr warranty then made silly excuses so do not have to replace the faulty unit (18mnths of light use) Excuses they used to get out of the warranty: 1. The little connector screws are corroded 2. You have not maintained it by wiping the spinning plastic fins They even refused to return the unit back to me stating I had not paid postage in the first place. This is how petty minded they are. Stay Away”

Hello Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear about your experience. When an item is returned to us we inspect it thoroughly. A full report is then done which I am happy to send over to you if you wish. Our products need a minimum amount of maintenance to allow them to give the best performance which is stated in the user manual supplied with it. I see you have now reordered the same fan. The item was originally purchased as a collection from our premises as you may have been local and was genuinely assumed the same would happen with the returned fan.

“Blauberg Plastic Cowled Hooded Air Ventilation Wind Baffle Wall Grille I used the above to replace a non hooded without baffle,on an exhaust fan outlet, It was easy to install, too early to say how well it prevents a back draft, although I am confident it will work. It was delivered two days after ordering.”

“So far their service has been excellent, I ordered the unit first and then started ordering the ducting etc after I managed to get the unit into the loft which was some feat as was retrofit and was a tight squeeze through the loft hatch! Next is some of the longer ducting runs which is going to be fun might be next winter before the project is complete!”

“Ordered 4x 100mm external vent covers. They are excellent quality and seem very well made. However, no reduction at all in the cold draughts coming through the extractor fans inside the house. Only upside is they don't have little flaps that constantly make noises in a slightest breeze. Shame they don't come with some kind of insect mesh as well.”
