“Abusive customer service. I checked out as a guest through Paypal. Paypal provided the correct delivery address. This was the same delivery address Blackmoor delivered to on two previous occasions. Checking out as a guest on the last of those occasions worked fine. Yet this time Blackmoor tried to deliver to an old address they had on the system. They did not apologise for their administrative error, even when presented with evidence of it, and sought to lay blame on me. The customer service emails were curt and rude. I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend that anyone reading this shops elsewhere.”
