“Bought two sets of fire tools and was shocked that you thought it was useable for an open fire . Its better suited for a dolls house. Very disappointed . Just look at the state of the brush!!”

“Found the company on line whilst looking for a lantern top for my Victorian lamppost Purchased a lantern which I felt was good value, easy to order and delivered quickly. I absolutely love it, it’s all connected and just waiting for some warmer weather to get the lamppost painted. Thank you for a lovely looking piece, I’m sure it will bring us many years of pleasure. Unfortunately it won’t let us add photos”

“I found the British Iron Works Centre after an internet search, I can definitely recommend them if you are looking for something different or special. It was so refreshing to be able to call them and get such a quick and positive response. I was immediately passed to Joanne Jones, who works in their graphic design and marketing team. I gave Joanne a brief outline of my requirements, within 48 hours I had received a profile of my bespoke design for approval and in only 10 working days I received delivery. To say I was taken aback by such an exceptional service is an understatement, the service from Black Country Metal Works and the skill of their team, really is second to none! The service was exceptional and my custom design is so well made and beautifully finished, I’m thrilled with my purchase and the whole experience.”

“With the help of Joanne, I was able to order an amazing custom weathervane for a friend in the UK. I live in the USA, but Joanne made the bank transfer easy. Overall a great experience from design to delivery. I don’t have a picture of it installed it yet but when I do I’ll get it posted.”
