“I was very happy with the speed with which my products arrived as well as the prices for the products. They have the main ranges and all the good ones for affordable and fair prices. I was able to find everything in one place and have it delivered to my home, and it was fantastic!”

“Item as described, however notification straight after purchase was not forthcoming regarding shipping. I had to email customer service to notify me on the progress of my purchase as I paid for 1st class shipping. Then straight after email, I got a notification regarding shipping. Other then that everything went smoothly regarding purchase online.”

“Ordered a lot of different products, order was processed and dispatched quickly but was missing an item, I've emailed the company twice before posting this review, I wanted to give them a chance to rectify it before posting a negative review. However, I've received no response from the company and am out the money for the product.”

“Products packed well - no damage, turned up in a reasonable time scale. But I did receive a different item to what I ordered, I’m very happy my product was replaced for a similar one if it was out of stock but the product I ordered was £1.50 more expensive and 4oz bigger than what I got. And the product I ordered is still available on the website so I’m not sure why I didn’t get this. Never been contacted about the substitution either.”
